Had to wait 20 mins to get my Southwest salad because the lady in front was complaining so no one else in the whole restaurant and attend to the customer behind. And then the lady at the counter refuses to give me my Southwest dressing after I went home and noticed it was missing and went back. She claimed the cilantro lime glaze that is already inside the salad is the Southwest dressing, and she has been making the salad everyday so she is right, and looks at me like I'm crazy when I told her I have been ordering it everyday and I get this separate pack of dressing labelled "Southwest dressing". No wonder why that lady is complaining, cause the staff working there has no idea what they are doing and refuses to help.
