My experience at this Shipley’s has been the best in Houston. I’ve been going to Shipley’s for over 20 years but the attention to customer service, food, and cleanliness at this location has been unmatched. Katie is a great manager and always provides me legendary service. Lastly, her handpicked staff welcomes customer and gives them the best experience. If you ever go this location don’t be afraid to ask for Katie or say hello.
Alway a great place to get a great donut or a kolache. New store just opened at the corner of Bissonet and Eldridge. Plenty of parking and a great selection to pick from and a very friendly staff.

Nice new Shipley's. Staff wasn't as friendly. Was not super busy. Had issues with redeeming a reward and I had to ask the employee to be asked to try again to scan. It went smoothly afterwards.
