We were lucky enough to get the last service by Chef Jonathan. We had his Kobe fair well tour!And he made our experience amazing! We had recently had their parent restaurant Hidden Omakase and we enjoyed it but was recommended to try this joint for a lower price point and shorter meal.So for dinner they do 45 mins and they start on time so make sure you come a little early and take some pictures in the nft gallery out front. Snuck into this speakeasy sushi counter place on a Wednesday night so it wasn’t too full. We had a great, almost one on one time with the sushi chefs who were really nice!The sushi was delicious! I especially loved the topping pairing with the fish here, it was very unique and quite bold in my opinion. We came for Valentine’s Day and it was a fun experience. The food was so so sooooo incredibly good. It practically melted in your mouth. The portions are small and you most likely will be hungry still. But it’s worth the experience honestly.
