“Delightful tradition catfish lunch with fries, coleslaw, beans and hush puppies. Courteous young man (probably the teenage son) takes your order and the mom cooks it on the spot. Need more places like this. The epitome of family business out of a food trailer.“

“Chris and Miranda make a great team. They served us the holy trinity of meats along with some great tasting sides. The location is great with a nice view of the dam. Brisket was tender along with the pork ribs. Their sauce has a nice tangy flavor that adds to the meat. The snap on the sausage was great and the had a great flavor profile. There is no beer or wine but you can byob. Thanks again Chris and Mirando.“

“Stopped for the night in Kerrville, Texas and found Bill's BBQ. What a treat! The brisket was the best I've ever had and the ribs were fall off the bone tender and juicy. If traveling US RT10 stop at Bill's BBQ in Kerrville. You won't be disappointed . ?????“

“Excellent. Great, delicious ribs and brisket. Especially the ribs. Ordered that along with the potato salad and coleslaw for my family and were were fully satisfied. We drove cross-state for the solar eclipse, and will eat here if ever in town again. Service was also excellent. Greeted and served very nicely. This place should be full every day. Oh and free ice cream with the meals?! Who can beat that?- Especially with kids.“

She was so exhausted from her long shift yet she still took the extra mile to take great care of my family at the last minute right before closing. This was after the whole eclipse was over.
