Had their two meat plate (brisket and sausage). It came with pickles, onions, a jalapeno, potato salad, beans and two pieces of bread.Service was great, she even threw in an extra sausage link!Brisket had amazing smoke flavor with a perfect barkSausage was delicious, I believe it was homemade... “Bill Millers BBQ, Castroville, Texas is my ONLY choice for BBQ! Reason? Quality across the board consistently. There are reasons for the many Bill Millers stores but quality tops my list. Sides like pinto beans (not baked beans!), hash brown potatoes and spanish rice among others keeps me coming back for more. Employees are very courteous. Have been a regular for over twenty years ! “Staff was down to earth and very helpful.Fist time trying this place. All meat barbacoa is very delicious even my picky wife enjoyed it. “We have been twice in the last month. It is beautiful inside and out. The food is absolutely amazing. The brisket literally melts in your mouth. The corn is the best that I've ever tasted. The service is always quick and professional. We can't wait to go back and try the bakery!“
