This is my friend's .... a game of Russian Roulette, finding a place to eat that has all we look for in a good dining experience. Becky's Cafe has that. Good food at a fair price, and a awsome friendly wait staff. This is a keeper.”

“Stopped by today so my wife and I could take my parents out to eat some breakfast. Was greeted when we came into the restaurant. Our waitress was extremely friendly and courteous. We ordered the migas breakfast special of the day. 5.99. We ordered them a la mexicana. It was a
heck of a deal. We just added some salt and pepper and added their salsa on top. It was delicious. It also came with two for tortillias.”

“Morning people are great....the kitchen could use friendlier people especially at night...gone a few times kitchen staff was rude and they cut you off to at one visit I had 3 separate tickets because the guy kept cutting us off and was being rude...also kitchen workers like to catch attitude because you ask if they can drain the barbacoa and brown the tortilla...not only do you get the attitude and the rude back talk they don't do either and you get a taco drenched in grease and stuck to the foil that's happened twice with two different employees”

“A hole in the wall from the street, but packed for a reason. Genuinely some of the best food I've had in the entirety of Texas. That shrimp poboy (as is - don't change a thing! And some Louisiana hot sauce? ??? Family owned and run, and significantly kinder than most professional servers. This is a must stop if you're in the area.”

Salsa will likely be spicier than what you'll expect if you haven't been to this area of Texas before. Personally I love it but I know that there are some that would never be able to handle it.”

“Old favorite of mine. Been going there off and on for 50 years. I used to get the 28oz sirloin for 10$.. now it's a 26oz for 33$. Could had used more flavor on the meat. Still everything else was and always has been spot on. The cool thing is they serve things ya don't find most places. Like calf frys. ”

“We arrived for lunch around 12:50 PM for lunch and were informed that they were out of all proteins but the brisket. The brisket was good and their in-house BBQ sauce paired well with the brisket.
Their potato salad was really sweet but also very good. I did not care for the pinto beans but their green beans were very good.
The employees were polite and professional.
I hope to visit this location during my next visit, hopefully when they have more choices available aside from the brisket.

Parking: Not much parking available in front but room for about 15 vehicles behind the building.

Kid-friendliness: You can bring the entire family here based on my experience at this location.”

“Bar far one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. Not everyone knows how to warm those buns like this location. I highly recommend it. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a great burger and Jalitos. I usually take pictures of my food before I eat it but I wasn’t expecting for it to be so good. “No register open had to order on the app or on the order screen. Food was hot and fresh, but I ordered large fry and drink. When the order came up I had to ask for a drink cup. Fries were about 3/4 full, I questioned if the quantity was correct and was given a new order.”
