“Had reservations yesterday for early birthday dinner. This was my first time there. We arrived 30 minutes early. The nice ladies at the hostess stand was nice enough to go ahead and seat us. The ambiance was nice and cozy. Dim lighting. We had the pleasure of having Grayson as our waiter. He went over the menu and gave great suggestions. I started with a glass of merlot and my hubby had black tie margarita and he later tried lemon drop. Appetizers we ordered a dozen of oysters. Very good. Now let's get into this delicious meal. We both ordered the Porcini rubbed bone in Ribeye 15- year 75 aged balsamic steak. That was Grayson suggestion and he did good. I like my steak medium and my hubby likes rare. The flavors of the balsamic was tasty and my steak was juicy . Packed so much flavor. I really enjoyed it. Sides we had mashed potatoes, asparagus and delicious lobster mac and cheese. Very good dining experience. The manger came over and introduced herself.and wished me a happy birthday. They brought out a rose and dessert and we also had our picture taken. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys for a wonderful dining experience“
“Worth every penny! Great service, great food - and all around wonderful evening celebrating my best friends birthday. Our server was thoughtful, attentive and professional. Cozy piano side seating - the musician, a joy to chat with. Our appetizer salads (Wedge and Buratta/Beet) - delightful. Our main course (Steak and King Crab, Steak and Sea Scallops) - 10 stars. Would highly recommend dessert (Bananas Flambé). Would totally patron again.“
“Shrimp is delicious and you get a big helping of rice a little side salad. The sampler is nice so you can taste a few flavors and decide what you prefer. The shrimp is delicious and comes out quick. Staff is all young kids who are kind and helpful. Spot is cute and has plenty do sitting. They have sinks easily accessible to wash your hands after handling the shrimp which I appreciate :)“
“Wow. Absolutely top notch. From the service, to the atmosphere to the food...absolutely wonderful. Our server was fantastic. She made wonderful suggestions, answered all of my many questions and improved our overall dining experience. We started off with crab cakes which were delicious. Excellent dear on the top, but not too much. My husband ordered the pan seared halibut with sweet potato gnocchi and I had the char. Both were superb. When you go(and you should) make sure to get some of Nana's lemon icebox cheesecake. It might honestly be the best cheesecake I have ever had. Ever.“
“Had the Korean chicken sandwich with a peach bourbon smash. The sandwich was delicious. The fries were okay. Food came out quickly and service was solid. Marcos was good. The drink was quite refreshing and a good experience overall. They have a lovely outside area that I'd recommend going to at night for a pleasant experience.“
“On my trip from California I was looking for a great place to eat and relax. I'm SO glad I found this place! The perfectly seasoned burger and fries and the kind demeanor of Kat, my waitress, really made eating here special. Highly reccomend.“
“A little too popular for its own good at times, but there's no denying why. It's exterior is a little unassuming in a generic multi-use building off of the highway (drove by it for years and never gave it much thought), but a walk inside and you'll definitely pick up what many locals already knew; this bar/restaurant means business. The dark wood finish and gold/brass give it a nice old-school fancy charm, as do the spiffy uniforms of the bartenders and wait staff. Thankfully the outfits aren't the only great thing about the staff, as almost everyone that spoke to us was very warm, friendly, and polite. We did have some trouble with our reservation, but that is most likely due to the biggest flaw of the place...its popularity.Walking into Mac's at 7pm on a Friday looks like Fat Tuesday at Razoo's...way more packed than you could have possibly imagined. Despite reservations, we were seated about 10 minutes late due to them simply not having a table for us. However, once we got the table, things went right back to great. Our server was quick on the drink orders, got us salad right away, and even gave us some time to enjoy it before getting entree orders (pro tip, if you think you might want the salad...GET the salad). I went with the grilled shrimp, and it they really mean "grilled". The barbeque smoked flavor coming off of these was superb, and the flavor was even better. My wife can't get enough of the crawfish etouffee, it's her fave dish. If you're in the area, you'd be crazy not to try it...just plan for a bit of a wait.“
“Wow! Finally a restaurant that serves food that brings back the memories of home. The fish n shrimp were fried to perfection. The pickled relish paired perfectly with the beans. Even the baked potato was delightful. But the star of the evening was the dinner rolls—and I’m not much of a bread eater! Gotta try it out.“
“I always get the steak and cake.... and of course the best appetizer they have are the range rattlers! We tried the bacon wrapped quail as well but we ate everything else so fast I didn't get a picture. The bread is delicious as well with sweet butter ?“
“From a few cocktails and appetizers at the bar before dinner, until they held the door for us on the way out, this was truly a great experience!Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. For starters, HUGE buttery Scallops and The Calamari were some of the best I've ever had.Dinner service was timed well and came out perfect. Beautiful Beef, Beautiful fish, ALL the sides are top notch. You get to pick your own knife, which I thought was a nice touch that will be memorable in the future. If you haven't had enough yet, Dessert is beyond Gluttonous, in all the best ways possible.Bread Pudding, Creme Brulee, 6 Layer Chocolate Cake as tall as a house, were the real MVP's in our party. Our party is no stranger to Steakhouses in DFW and we felt Silver Fox stood out among the crowd.See ya' again soon!Parking: Limited number of spots near restaurants in area. Nearby parking garage always has spaces.“
“My hubby and I were in Ft. Worth for work travel 3/29/24. We wanted a nice meal the night before we left for home. We decided on Ruth Chris.... even though we have them here in Florida. But let me tell you the difference..... Florida can not hold a candle to the AMAZING service that we had in Ft. Worth!! Richard and Adam are 2 of the best servers I have EVER had. They were incredibly knowledgeable of the menu and VERY attentive to us. This was the best experience I have ever had at a Ruth Chris!! They truly made us feel like a King and Queen!! I can not Thank You Gentleman enough for the amazing evening!!“
“We arrived on a Wednesday evening at 8pm. It wasn't busy. We were a party of 3 and seated right away. Our server Crystal was very attentive, prompt, helpful, and personable. She gave us a welcome sample platter. It was a pretty good variety of items like chowder, gumbo, and oysters! We ordered the crab mushrooms and fried jalapeños for appetizers. The fried jalapeños had no flavor whatsoever. Our entrees were fish and chips along with the Asian glazed salmon special that was offered. We also ordered red beans and rice, which were delicious. I had 2 Moscow mules, which were good. My friend had 2 Mojitos that she enjoyed. We also had the oysters. They seemed like they were rationing the lemon slices. All in all, it was a nice evening for a good seafood dinner, and this restaurant provided accordingly. I really can't stress enough how much Crystal was there without us having to call out for her first!“
“I order 4 lbs of crawfish and the bucket with with snow crab, potatoes and sausage; all with KC paradise flavor and level medium spicy. It was all delicious, love the flavor, and seasoning. Everything was so fresh. I really enjoyed it and order 3 more lbs of crawfish togo. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend checking them out!“
“The first time I ate here was when I ordered their tres leche cake. I like their cake because it doesn’t have all the extra fruit on it. Ever since then, I would only come here when I had a taste for some tres leche cake. Never tried their food before till now! OMG!!! I’ve been missing out on some good Mexican food! Hard to find good authentic Mexican food around Arlington and with good service. We had ordered their beef and cheese enchiladas dinner and steak shrimp and sausage fajita. My husband had the shredded beef burrito! They did not disappoint! My craving was met! Thank you!“
“Great place that I would highly recommend to anyone. The place serves great tea/boba and the convenience of variety of delicious food/appetizers. Food and drink are fairly priced, and the staff is extremely nice and give great recommendations. Began by just walking in to order 1 boba and ended up revisiting and ordering for the whole family a total of 4 bobas, 3 appetizers and a po boy. Everything was quick and food was restaurant quality!A small family owned hidden gem, I seriously believe this place deserves more spotlight.“
“First time here. Friendly and attentive service from all the staff. We got the gator bites, hush puppies (best i’ve ever had), butterfly shrimp and fried catfish, which were all amazing! They gave us a small discount due to a minor hiccup in the order, but they made sure to accommodate us. We will be back to explore more of the delicious menu!“
“Exceptional experience. This place is upscale for hibachi - at least the price tag would indicate so. Aside from the expense, the staff is full of personality, the atmosphere is welcoming, the food is to die for... They did NOT disappoint. Worth every penny and can't wait to go back.“
“I got their shrimp and waffle with the maple and cinnamon sauce on the side. It came with a drink too. The shrimp was hot and juicy while the waffle is chewy and so good! Totally recommend trying this. I also had their Texan sized shrimps which came with a drink, fries, 2 flavors and a dip. I got their Cajun Buffalo which taste just like Buffalo. Their sour cream sauce reminds me of Parmesan. For everything, it was around $30. One thing to keep in mind is that their wait time is long so best to call ahead and order. There isn’t a lot of table either since it’s a small place.“
“Oh we had a wonderful time! The team is so attentive without being overbearing. Great recommendations for things on the menu. Awesome margaritas! We had Ground beef Nachos and Kids beef fajita quesadillas, and the brownie dessert. All were great! We sat on the patio and it was great! Can't wait to go backKid-friendliness: Great menu options for kids“
“It was our first time going and we've been meaning to visit for awhile. Everything was so good! Can't go wrong with the sampler or the fried jalapeños. The roasted jalapeno soup and clam chowder were to die for! Gumbo had perfect amount of seasoning and the crab bisque was delicious.I had the texas blackened red fish with gulf shrimp, crab butter and green beans with creamy parm rice. Soooo good! My husband had the shrimp po boy and he loved it too. We didn't finish our meal as we ate a lot of the apps, but took everything to go.Our waitress Brandy is amazing. She checked on us and refilled our teas when they were low. She also gave great recommendations!Bathrooms were clean as was the restaurant. We will definitely be back!“
“We love CCG! It has a cheers atmosphere and we love sitting at the bar and meeting new people. The staff is fabulous especially Loren, Ariel and Scott and Hunter. I feel bad because we have been going there for 14 years and I'm just now writing a review! CCG has 5 stars for us! Come check it out!“
“I went for the wings. I had a 10 piece half ? ? and half garlic ? ? . They were delicious, customer service great. I'll visit again but I must say I was surprised you don’t get not even 1 courtesy dipping sauce. At almost $15 It would be nice to get at least 1 ranch or Bleu cheese at no cost with the order.“
“Pupusas were amazing ! Decent size! Very fulfilling! Super Flavorful! Service was great!!! Was my 1st time going and the gentleman there even suggested other plates that I will definitely be trying in the future. Atmosphere was very clean and not so busy on this Tuesday lunch time! I ordered through phone call was able to pay through text msg/online link that was sent. Highly Recommend! Hard to find good pupusas and fairly priced around here. 3pupusas and a drink less then 12$ I recommend the Rajas and chicharron More then satisfied my cravings!!!“
“Stumbled upon this place last night wanting to try a new spot around my house. Found it on Google and walked on over. I'm usually very picky of seafood from small and new places. Walking in I was greeted right away (later we found out it was the owner). I had a margarita which was good.I ordered the seafood ceviche which was amazing. They served it with saltines, but I asked for tostadas and they gave them to me no problem. It was really really good. Then the mixed fajitas came out piping hot with some homemade tortillas. The homemade salsa was amazing also with the chips. Will definitely be coming back trying more thing and especially once they start late night hours and live bands.“
“Lily our server was beyond outstanding!!!Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and seated at a lovely table. The restaurant was not too busy at the time. We had expected four people to join us, making a party of six and sadly they did not show up. I felt bad for our server, but she took it in stride and was as friendly as ever!We ordered the grouper with crab and the table side, Greek Mediterranean salad .Bread service was delicious, but I have to say ultimately my favorite thing was the sweet and spicy carrots that accompanied the grouper! I could’ve eaten a giant bowl of just those! Our food tasted amazing. However, there was a small piece of grouper that we left behind that just was a little tough and uncooked. We didn’t even say a word, and our server took care of that plate without even us asking! Now that is amazing Service. We ordered the Keylime pie for dessert and it was delicious as well. The flavors of everything were superb and fresh! We will definitely return !!“
“Lisa's chicken never disappoints. It is one of the few fadt food places that you can still get your money's worth price wise. Their chicken gizzard are always great. As well as the fried shrimp. Their fried rice is also good plus great portions.“
“We usually go to Firewheel Daiquiri but wanted to support 7th street Daiquiri. The food was served hot as usual and the Daiquiris were on point as always. Plenty of on street parking or available parking near the apartment. We went early so the upstairs wasn't open yet. It's in a good location. If you get out to Fort worth definitely get over to 7th street Daiquiri Cafe. You're going to enjoy the food and atmosphere“
“Great place! We went during the dinner rush on a weekend and the wait wasn’t too bad (they had a numbering system and a PA system that is hard to hear/understand at times due to the crowd)Food is always fresh and didn’t feel like it sat for a long time.Surprisingly the bathrooms were clean, for how crowded the place was I never got a sense that the bathrooms felt disgusting (My wife and daughter felt the same way)Would highly recommend“
“Enjoyed eating here with my husband! The food was super delicious, fresh, of good quality and the dishes served with the correct care and detail. Our server was Karen, a very friendly and smiling lady. We also noticed that they work as a team creating a very pleasant atmosphere. We recommend them!“
“All stars 5. Our waiter Doug was awesome. He knew just what to suggest and was very nice. I took my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day and we were both very impressed definitely perfect date night. Inside feels like it’s a different world. All the staff is very “
“We celebrated our anniversary here and it was a great experience. We both had steak and lobster, which was cooked perfectly. Asia was our server, and she was attentive and friendly. We will definitely go back. Everything we had was delicious.“
“Bobs is in my top 5 steakhouses in the country. Ever since my first experience in the mid 90's, I have been a loyal fan. The Good - As always, the steaks. In our party of 7, we had a variety of cuts with one wagu partner. The steaks at Bobs are always well cut, seasoned, and prepared. Of you are there, just commit to the beef. Carrot - yes, I said it, the carrot. Every dish comes with Bob's amazing root. I've tried for years to describe this to others but have never been able to replicate the amazing side. I“
“This place is part of the Cowtown Culture and certainly a stable of the cultural district. The food is always spot on and fresh. Parking can be a challenge during lunch, etc, but the available space is close by if needed.I had fried catfish with fries & Diana had Ceviche. we finished it off with the bread pudding, which t came out quick and h. Each bite was better than the 1st.“
“I’ve always loved this place and made it a frequent stop for out of town visitors. So hate to see on this visit that the prices have increased and the portions are smaller sadly. Shocked to see that one house margarita now costs as much as the lunch entrees. It’s still good food but I’ll be going to places where a lunch for 2 with one drink isn’t $80 before tip. No wonder it’s not crowded anymore.“
“Great place for Mexico food, The Clean restaurant and good customer service is the main reason I come back to this place. The food is made to order. And is always fresh.Parking: You park the car between the lines. Not like a selfish moron and take 2 spaces. Noone likes that.“
“I’ve been to this restaurant when I was in high school …and omg still a good place to eat. My mother and I had the shrimp cocktail and it was good along with our drinks which were amazing!!! Definitely coming back to try other food on the menu.“
“Came here because I was craving wings and was told that TJ's has "the best wings in Arlington". Discovered that TJ's catfish and wings combined with a barbecue joint called MJ's barbecue so now they serve both. Even before we got to the entrance, we could smell the barbecue from the outside. It smelled so appealing. When we got inside, we were greeted by friendly staff. We ordered the 10 piece wings, a side of cornbread, a side of fried okras, and the internet infamous loaded potato with barbecue brisket and cheese. When we got our food, oh boy was that potato loaded. It was so loaded you couldn't even see the potato. But that proportion was just right--I hate whenever I finish my toppings and all I got is potato left. No, they give you enough so you can have a topping with every bite. The barbecue that they use on top is sweet--kinda reminds me of Spring Creek barbecue. It was some damn good potato. Every hearty, definitely gets you full. The spicy barbecue wings tasted good. Wasn't the best I've ever had, but good wings nonetheless. The spicy barbecue tastes like barbecue sauce mixed with buffalo sauce but there's more buffalo than barbecue. It's listed as spicy but it's not really that spicy in my opinion. The wings come drenched in sauce so you can't complain about that. It comes with a side of ranch and that ranch is pretty darn good. I usually don't like ranch but I can recognize some good ranch when I taste one.The fried okras are the same as any fried okra out there. These came out hot and fresh and crispy though. So, yes it's plain but it's good quality. The cornbread is also plain cornbread. Nothing special about it (as a side. There's two types of cornbread, the entree one and the one as a side. I got the side). It is good though. Gives a pretty good aftertaste. This establishment also serves daiquiris so next time I come I might wanna try them. The restaurant was clean. Ambiance is roomy and has multiple TVs hooked up to the wall. You could watch a game while eating here. There's a self serve area off to the side where you can get paper plates, utensils, drinks, napkins, to go boxes, and restrooms as well along with a sink with paper towels and soap on the outside which I think is convenient.Honestly I'm glad I found this place. Would come back.“
“Had not been to this location until this visit, took my wife for her first time. Food is very good and ample servings, waitress was very friendly and patient while we looked over all the options.Parking: Parking is good, we did walk a bit due to there is a bounce house / trampoline park in the shopping center, it was a rainy day and guessing all the kids were there with families, but still not more then 50 yards to doors.“
“Let me tell you, this place is the real deal! The fried chicken was hot, fresh and flavorful. The sides were great, especially the corn nuggets. $11 for a two piece, two sides, a large drink, and an extra side. Better quality and price than you could get from Popeyes or KFC!“
“Food is fresh and the kitchen is easily seen, the energy coming from it and the smells of the food draw you in. The bayou music playing and the food cooking are the perfect mixture for an excellent meal experience.Vegetarian options: The spinach is what I always order when choosing the vegetable plate. Steamed with garlic and served hot. Beans are delicious as well, the cilantro makes this dish. The corn is served whole and buttery and doesn't taste as if sat in water, tastes freshly cooked. Tried the green beans, not something I will order a second time.Parking: Picnic tables are also outside and 2 indoor dining rooms.Kid-friendliness: Kids will be too busy eating to be thinking of doing anything else.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp entrance if needed.“
“My daughter and i went a little while back. Kinda shocked it wasn't still Chophouse. There was no real difference in the food. It was great! There had been an online snafu and they hadn't received our order. The Manager (or owner?) was on it. His customer service alone means we'll be back. Thank “
“Awesome oysters, pricey though. The catfish filets were huge and cooked perfect. Potato fries were excellent. The only serve bottle beer now, so no frosty mugs. ? It was plenty cold though. Small restaurant so it can become crowded. However there is a really nice patio when the weather allows. ? Been a favorite of mine for two decade's.“
“Had a great time. My only complaint was it was hard to get a good view of the dj performer from anywhere really. Staff was great. Sound was awesome. I'm doing dry January and my bartender was really cool about it. No eye roll or anything. Tipped like I was drinking because of how good he was to me. Thanks for being total pros!“
“Delicious food. The flavor was incredibly good. The customer service was amazing. This is some real mariscos definitely will be back. My husband and I loved it! 100/10 plus the location looks super clean. Which I love to see! In a restaurant.“
“Nice relaxing atmosphere The food presentation was very good and appealing. I would have given it a five-star rating for the foods, but my nephew's order was incorrect; the cook had to correct the order twice. The fried catfish had just the right crunch and seasoning. The cole slaw and salad were good. Expect to spend between $20 and $30 on a meal. Our waiter, Terrance, was entertaining and friendly. I will be going back for the food and the entertainment.“
“The food was ok, I wish the shrimp on my etouffée were bigger. The crab cakes were delicious, so you might want to try them. The Margarita was tasty, but we had to wait to be seated since it was a busy Good Friday. My guy's po'boy sandwich could be hotter as well as his fries. We had a delicious bread pudding.“
“Last night, i went with my mom dad a 2 sisters and a ton of friends and it was one of the best experiences i’ve had The music and karaoke was amazing. Our server, His name was Santiago i believe. He was amazing, he always checked on us and made sure we were okay and happy. I would 100% go back to this restaurant!“
“Yummy yummy yummy! Quick little snackaroo. Can't go wrong with this little gem. If you haven't tried it out ,give it a shot.Vegetarian options: They got a couple options that could be vegetarian friendly. Check out the menu I posted itParking: Tons of spaceKid-friendliness: They have a good variety of kid friendly options. Check out the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: It's all even everywhere so you can definitely find somewhere to park and be comfortable and easy going if you have a wheelchair.“
