They were friendly and the service was fast.It has been 10 years since I last had Long John Silver fish, it was just the way I remember it was great.I wish they could remodel the dining area. It is old and tired.The parking is kind of weird. The restrooms need attention and a refresh.“
“Shrimp is delicious and you get a big helping of rice a little side salad. The sampler is nice so you can taste a few flavors and decide what you prefer. The shrimp is delicious and comes out quick. Staff is all young kids who are kind and helpful. Spot is cute and has plenty do sitting. They have sinks easily accessible to wash your hands after handling the shrimp which I appreciate :)“
“I brought my girlfriend here for our first anniversary. It was a special occasion and we wanted to really splurge and enjoy.Javier was our waiter and we felt so taken care of and welcomed. It was a great atmosphere and immediately we were happy with the choice that we made. The restaurant even left us a decorative card with confetti for our anniversary on the table for when we arrived.It really meant so much to us. Javier was AMAZING! He is a great server. Very knowledgeable and friendly and he made sure we were aware of any and all possible combinations from the menu. Javier even comped the dessert for us, which was so sweet and very appreciated.Everything was made exactly how we requested it and Javier and the rest of the staff made sure to check with us during our stay. We felt very welcomed and like all of the food was made with extra care.We both had a steak and both were cooked to our desire and the sides were GREAT! Highly recommend the lobster mac & cheese.It is rare that we get to go to such a fancy restaurant, so having such a warm and happy presence throughout our meal that made us feel like family was really special. That's what made Javier's service and kindness and patience even more effective and appreciated.It really makes you feel better about splurging and it made me and my girlfriend both feel like family.If you're celebrating a special occasion, or even if you just wanna feel special for a night and splurge a little, I'd highly recommend this particular Capital Grille and be sure to ask for Javier's section.10/10“

“The food was excellent. I had the surf and turf, which is their filet mignon and lobster tail. My husband had the fish and chips. We both got Caesar salads, and lobster Mac n cheese as sides. We also got to meet Mr. Bonnell, the chef, himself. They have a lot more wine choices there than you'd expect. It was a great night. The only critique I have is that there was not enough pieces of lobster in the lobster Mac n cheese. We had to hunt to see or find them. I'm sure we will be back.“

“Taja was great very responsive and great with the menu suggestions. The garlic bread wasn’t that good. Really tasted like bread with Parmesan on top, and the fact that we are charged $8 for it needs to be evaluated by management. Honestly the food wasn’t just amazing, but it was ok. Nothing to rant and rave about would I go again maybe but it needs some seasoning. The salad was very basic, but I love that it comes with every entree.“

We had 19 family members present and had plenty of seating.Love the atmosphere, reminds me of my time spent in Hawaii.The shrimp plate comes with 7 shrimp, your choice of sauce, rice and a salad with 3 choices of dressing. The food is very tasty and the shrimp are large. I had the sampler with Spicy & Lemon Herb. They were great. I tried my daughter's Coco shrimp (coconut crispy coated) and I wasn't a fan.The top layer of rice was coated with the sauces but down a few layers it was just rice. To bad I didn't have extra sauce to pour over it. Salad was great. Bought 2 plates with sides of grilled pineapple total $29.If you are not a shrimp lover then this is not the restaurant for you.We will definitely be back.Parking: Small parking lot that caters to several businesses. It can be crowded.“

The food was good...but not great. Based on prices, my expectations were a notch higher. Service was just OK when viewed overall. Red wine was served excessively chilled and had to be replaced by something of a more moderate temperature. One ordered beverage was forgotten until the server was reminded. Toward the end of the meal, Service had stepped up their game and things went smoother. However, combined with the perception of the food, it made us feel that our experience was a step shy of optimal. Atmosphere was great. Perhaps on another visit our experience might have been different, but based on this visit, we were underwhelmed. In short, your experience might be different, but we felt the dollar value left us a little short changed.Parking: Street spots are scarce. “Stumbled upon this place last night wanting to try a new spot around my house. Found it on Google and walked on over. I'm usually very picky of seafood from small and new places. Walking in I was greeted right away (later we found out it was the owner). I had a margarita which was good.I ordered the seafood ceviche which was amazing. They served it with saltines, but I asked for tostadas and they gave them to me no problem. It was really really good. Then the mixed fajitas came out piping hot with some homemade tortillas. The homemade salsa was amazing also with the chips.Will definitely be coming back trying more thing and especially once they start late night hours and live bands.“

Plenty of on street parking or available parking near the apartment. We went early so the upstairs wasn't open yet. It's in a good location. If you get out to Fort worth definitely get over to 7th street Daiquiri Cafe. You're going to enjoy the food and atmosphere“

“Pappadeaux is our go to most of the time we passed through Texas. Tonight our dining experience wasn't up to par. From start to finish, it was one thing after another (received incorrect drink and entree). I wasn't planning on saying anything to management, but when we received our check, the entree we received wasn't corrected. Needless to say, that's when I decided that management needs to know about the our experience. They can't fix the issue(s) if they are not aware of it. Before talking to management, I was upset enough and wasn't planning on returning to this particular location. The manager, Collin, whom we dealt with, didn't like what we had to say. By the end of the conversation, we told him we'll be back next time we're in town. Not bc Collin comped our meal, bc that's not our intention. But bc how passionate he felt about the mission of the restaurant and invited us back and give them another try.“

Lemme tell you something…everything was hot and fresh and SEASONED. The best birria taco I’ve had since I’ve been down here and the consommé was flavorful. We started with crab rangoon- really good! The Thai tea was tasty, as well. The only thing not fully satisfying was the spring rolls, they weren’t bad, just not as good as everything else we ordered. However, the sweet and sour sauce more than made up for it.. it tasted as if it is made in house and was yummy..we dined in and the atmosphere was okay but could use a bit of freshening up.
