That meant one of my family members was left without breakfast, and we had to go to TP to get them something to eat. My suggestion to Los Jacales: please double-check your takeout orders before sending them out. This has happened several times now, and it really affects the experience.”

She knows me I am a current customer. She said I Know U dont Drink! We got a pool table for an hour paid in advance at 9:53pm plus 5 dollar tip in advance. We sit n receive drinks ... first sip i tasted alcohol! After 6 months sober and fighting to keep it that way. We returned drinks and received strawberritas because they were out of mango Rita's. OK I thought no big deal simple mistake. We played for 40 minutes and bartender said there was 2 minutes left. I believed her. We left table and ordered tostilocos, and gave 4 dollar tip to cook. She rang us up at 10.37pm i have receipts! I am confused because she's usually real nice to me and vise versa. I went outside to eat my tostilocos and compared receipts and realize this is BS. I dont understand why she would act like that, it was the owner I believe , blonde woman in her sixties. First they mess up my drink. Then they ruined my playtime when I paid in advance for an hour . Ok I thought. But when I went to tell bartender her mistake. She acted rude and still tried to defend herself when I showed proof! She said her cash machine and phone have different times it was only 4 minutes difference, she showed me. There is no excuse for 18 minutes difference. She did that on purpose. Then she said that's why I told u to finish your game, I told her She had said it was 2 min left i had just arranged balls for second game , i didnt wanna take advantage. So then she said well play 20 minutes and they had already picked up the table. Its too late i told her. Not a sorry did she say for the drink or the playtime ! I simply told her no its fine, I just wont ever come here again and left eloquently. But wow am I mad i feel discriminated against. I dont understand why they acted like that? I always go with my husband and they real nice to me . This is first time I go with another girl and they were so rude to us, is it because we are women?. I truly think she did it with malicious intent the alcohol and on purpose the playtime. She knows me when I used to drink.a lot. Now she always surprised I stayed sober 6 months and asks why just drink one . No pasa nada. I know myself and I know I can't drink one! I can resist temptation. I can go and be around that environment without wanting to drink. I just order virgin drinks. And if I go there is because almost all pool houses are closed. The vegetables were super fresh, the best was tender and the gentleman at the window (I didn't catch his name) was very nice, and helpful. I totally recommend this truck. We ordered the Alambre tacos and the Tacos Al Pastor. The Tacos Al Pastor were miles ahead of anything I've had here in Laredo. They were amazing! The Alambre were just ok. Service was great, the waitress had intense contacts in but was friendly and knew the menu well. The only downside was the price. It was a bit more than I would have liked it to be. The portions were more than enough to justify the price though, so maybe a smaller portion option? I will be back in the future, I guarantee it.”

She knows me I am a current customer. She said I Know U dont Drink! We got a pool table for an hour paid in advance at 9:53pm plus 5 dollar tip in advance. We sit n receive drinks ... first sip i tasted alcohol! After 6 months sober and fighting to keep it that way. We returned drinks and received strawberritas because they were out of mango Rita's. OK I thought no big deal simple mistake. We played for 40 minutes and bartender said there was 2 minutes left. I believed her. We left table and ordered tostilocos, and gave 4 dollar tip to cook. She rang us up at 10.37pm i have receipts! I am confused because she's usually real nice to me and vise versa. I went outside to eat my tostilocos and compared receipts and realize this is BS. I dont understand why she would act like that, it was the owner I believe , blonde woman in her sixties. First they mess up my drink. Then they ruined my playtime when I paid in advance for an hour . Ok I thought. But when I went to tell bartender her mistake. She acted rude and still tried to defend herself when I showed proof! She said her cash machine and phone have different times it was only 4 minutes difference, she showed me. There is no excuse for 18 minutes difference. She did that on purpose. Then she said that's why I told u to finish your game, I told her She had said it was 2 min left i had just arranged balls for second game , i didnt wanna take advantage. So then she said well play 20 minutes and they had already picked up the table. Its too late i told her. Not a sorry did she say for the drink or the playtime ! I simply told her no its fine, I just wont ever come here again and left eloquently. But wow am I mad i feel discriminated against. I dont understand why they acted like that? I always go with my husband and they real nice to me . This is first time I go with another girl and they were so rude to us, is it because we are women?. I truly think she did it with malicious intent the alcohol and on purpose the playtime. She knows me when I used to drink.a lot. Now she always surprised I stayed sober 6 months and asks why just drink one . No pasa nada. I know myself and I know I can't drink one! I can resist temptation. I can go and be around that environment without wanting to drink. I just order virgin drinks. And if I go there is because almost all pool houses are closed. “Sabor a cielo is the best brunch spot I have gone to in Laredo. The almond croissants are like heaven. Perfect level of flakey crunch into a soft buttery croissant filled with almond filling. If you like the almond croissants at Starbucks, these are better! Trice, almost four times the size and filling.
The lattes are also amazing! Not bitter and definitely not weak. Perfect to drink with your pastry of choice.
And the Croquet Madame was HUGE! Amazing flavor with the bechamel sauce, gouda, and muenster cheese. Even the garnish imparts flavor on the dish. Everything is clearly thought out and if you are a foodie this is a 10/10.”
