The service was very good and both meals were cooked from someone's Heart!!! We're definitely going back again! I'm glad we didn't see all of the dessert selections in the front of the store!!! “Really adorable coffee shop with community focused vibes ?I tried a bunch of different coffee shops on my visit to San Antonio but this one was my favorite!They had three pour over options, and each one was delicious and well made.They also have delicious baked goods from chickpea bakery (vegan). They have non vegan baked goods as well.The baristas are super kind and friendly, and it makes you feel like you are really welcome to hang out for a while.If you decide to enjoy your drink at the cafe, they will serve it in an gorgeous handmade ceramic mug, and they there are a lot of ceramics available for purchase.Can't wait to come back here on my next visit!“

“Super cute pie shop, I stumbled upon going to brunch. Customer service was great. The pies are a great personal size, or you can share, lol. We got the 4 pack with Pecan, Banana Creme, Peanut Butter, and Chewy Chocolate for $22. All were good, but the peanut butter one was the favorite.“

“Have never had an issue until yesterday. My second time at this location. No one greeted upon entering the store. Then I was given wrong cookie, and topping was melted. I quickly told them I didn't order raspberry one but the oatmeal skillet. Then it seemed like the oatmeal was rushed. There was hardly any drizzle or crumbs. Cookie and mousse were delicious. ? “At first glance outside you might wonder if you are at the right place. Walk in to the most friendly, cozy panderia you've ever been! Love this family business attitude! Right away they ask if you've ever been there before and then walk you thru what they have for the day. Let me tell you.....hard choices and you just might walk out of there with one of everything! We ended up with a bag full of goodies. Very reasonably priced I might add! The concha's were so fresh and moist; not dry at all. Very fresh taste! I'm not a big fan of tres leche but wow! Definitely a fan of theirs! Moist; not too sweet but sweet enough. Very fresh! We walked in not long after they opened to an empty business; then turned around after they finished telling us about everything and there was a line out the door! “Got a coffee there the other day and it was very good and decently priced. Two guys there were very helpful but there was an Asian girl there who I can tell didn't want someone that looks like me on her establishment. Probably thought I was there to steal or cause trouble. I was questioning about the coffees guy in the front seemed new so she reluctantly had to chime in but the look of her face as she told me real quick if whether an expresso or cold brew was stronger said it all. Not welcome. I grabbed my coffee and immediately left.“

These were delicious & the bean & cheese taco was a big fat taco. I’m glad to finally see that, because it’s probably one of the cheapest taco to make, but not all places make it this way. The flour tortillas are big n fluffy too! Gotta try more food here! Beautiful pan dulce in the case also. Lots of items to taste.“

I was able to go into the store and saw how much effort, care the workers have for the cookies. They were respectful and so nice! This is the quality I have grown to expect from crumbl, the price is absolutely worth it.Last pic is the updated pic. They look so beautiful you don’t even want to eat them lol.—Not happy my 30 dollar cookies were ugly and all messed up upon delivery. Kinda of a joke that they don’t tell the delivery drivers to be careful with the expensive cookies. So lame. Save your money and buy them in person, they don’t tell the drivers to be careful.“

Ordering them was was beyond simple and my request came out exactly as described on the phone.The biggest bonus is that the cupcakes were amazing! The only downsides were the cashier was soft spoken and hard to hear. The inside waiting was cramped once more people showed up. We enjoy each stop.Their beverages are unique in the type of ingredients used, different, and more natural. This makes the drinks taste amazing! Our favorite drinks are the iced matcha latte w/almond milk, vanilla cinnamon latte, and Kentucky smoke latte.They also offer baked goods and are a must-have! The cinnamon role looks like a, "nah." I was feeling hungry and in need of a good drink and some great food. I happened upon Commonwealth coffee house just by chance and decided to give it a try. The Cubano Sandwich is out of this world and the fresh squeezed lemonade coupled with a jigger of Aviation Gin hit the spot. Paired nicely together and found the place to be peaceful and quiet in an otherwise fast and bustling part of San Antonio. I would highly recommend stopping by for a coffee or lunch anytime you are in the area.“

“Great location, coffee, pastries, baristas, and kitchen staff.My most recent experience was weirdly not great. It was a Sunday afternoon and the farmers market was wrapping up, so there was a bit of a rush. It's understandable for things to take time and orders to get lost, so I waited 30 minutes after ordering my coffee to alert one of the managers. He looked at me and didn't say anything then, went to talk to someone in the kitchen about it. After about a minute with no further acknowledgement, I went back to my seat. 10 minutes after that, still no coffee. By then things had slowed down, so I went to the counter and the baristas there were extremely kind and helpful, putting in a new order.When the manager eventually brought out my coffee, not a word! No apology or acknowledgement of my hour-long wait, plus he brought it in a to-go cup, spilled all over the lid. It's like they took a manager from Denny's (no offense) and put them in the middle of a great cafe. I can understand that complications happen during service, but lack of communication is hard to overlook.Also, the WiFi there either doesn't work, or was down all Sunday afternoon (insult to injury - made my hour feel especially like lost time).“

“I finally escaped Crumbl and tried this cookie shop. I tried the pink sugar cookie and it was perfect. Reminded me of my grandma's cookie decorating parties and the big bowls of powdered sugared icing. The German chocolate was lovely and tasted great. Unlike crumbl they did the basic perfectly. Their chocolate chip cookies were so sweet and perfectly excuted. This shop is perfectly named and so deserving. Cookies are large and are priced a little higher but make sense.“

When you enter, you can go to the bakery counter on the right side of the restaurant, or be seated for a meal on the left. At the bakery counter, there were many options, croissants, scones, empanadas, cookies, tarts, and other desserts. I sat for a meal and had the Quiche du jour, spinach. Loved it. “I'm 46 years old. Been going to this bakery since I was about 4 years old. Best pan dulce in town. I'd travel from poteet all the time when I moved especially for the holiday glazed cookies they make. My kids and grandkids enjoy them still and ask for them all the time. I have never seen a lot of these baked goods before but tried 2 things one was a cake with pink frosting and one a cake with custard and coconut on the sides. Both were absolutely incredible!
