The topping selection is one of the largest I've seen, they have 3 nozzle dispensers which are a rare find, and they have quality packaging that makes it easy to store what you get in a freezer at home. “First, this was my first time at Crumble. Second I was greeted by a young lady who was very polite. She saw I looked a bit lost and asked if she could help me and what my name was. She knew that my order was next up. I saw people signing in at a kiosk, which I didn't ask, but I believe is for ordering in store. I ordered mine online. Another young lady promptly got my order together and very quickly I might add. She asked me to check the cookies and make sure that they were ok and the right ones. I said yes, they were. She closed the box up handed it to me and I was on my way. I wasn't in the store much more than 3 or 4 minutes. I couldn't get home fast enough. There cookies are phenomenal. The first one I dug into was the Candy Cane Brownie. Wow. That was a very good cookie. The chocolate and peppermint were great. Couldn't eat the whole cookie only a piece of it, because I had to try the chocolate chunk cookie. Yep, I gotta say, they are better than mine. That's for sure. That's ok though. They are crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle. Just as it should be. My husband demolished the Triple Berry Cobbler. Leaving an ever so tiny piece for me to sample. Saving the others for later. So I can savor them. I do recommend if you are a sweets lover, go try these out.“

It's small, clean, and not ever crowded.We've visited several times and always come out content and refreshed from both the fro-yo and the AC. The process is simple and self intuitive. You'll walk by all the flavors towards the bowls. You get a bowl, and fill it up as much as you want. They have a large selection of toppings. They weigh it and voila, you're ready to fro-yo.On the most recent visit I enjoyed a banana pudding flavored yogurt, and topped it off with vanilla wafers and banana slices. “The chocolate raspberry ice cream is so good! Very smooth and tasted like there was sea salt in the ice cream. There were big chunks of chopped up chocolate. The flavor of the raspberry is very nice. They also have Sorbet. They had a very bright red Sorbet I'll try next time. You can walk around and shop then, have a seat at one of the bistro tables and enjoy a cup or cone of ice cream or sorbet. Sounds like a plan“

“We had a fun experience today at Lulu's Ice Cream. The ice cream had a great creamy consistency and the chocolate flavor was balanced. Our mini pancakes looked cute and I enjoyed every bite. The strawberries, bananas, whipped cream and chocolate drizzle accompanied this big snack perfectly. This snack spot has made it to our list of place to visit to satisfy our sweet toothes. Lulu's offers several table games and we had fun playing a few rounds of tick tack toe.“

“Their selection is wide and so delicious! My favorite is their Mango Shaved Ice, which has the most beautiful texture and taste I've ever had from ANY cold dessert. It has real mango in it, so the scoops are velvety and the flavor is immaculate. The icecreams are delicious as well, and you can add things like nuts, crushed waffle cone, syrups, and a sort of magic shell chocolate on it. The staple corn in a cup is delicious as well. The owners of this franchise should train some of the others how to present and keep fresh and clean their locations. The one in the Forum-Selma is always messy and last time their chocolate yogurt was sour. They never have good cones - always burnt. This Northwoods location rocks!“

This group of people, working there right now, are the type of people I think everyone would appreciate having forever. And I believe ownership needs to give that concept some deep thought.
