“Ok...this place lived up to everything I have heard about it. Don't let the fact that it is at the Motel 6 Extended Stay dampen your enthusiasm - this place is great. I got a couple of tacos - ground beef and al pastor. Excellent. Great salsa too. No after shock the next morning either - at least nothing I couldn't handle.“
“Great service, delicious food. Even my Mexican spouse was pleased (& he can be picky!) Will definitely recommend this place to friends wanting authentic Mexican dishes. I had a delicious smothered burrito that was hugeWheelchair accessibility: Easy handicap access“
“When I was 5 years old, my family would take me to Papacita’s and it was just the best. Now I bring my 6 year old when we come into town to visit family. It’s so sweet to have the tradition, and the food is the best! You always have to eat Papacita’s when you’re in town. The chips and tortillas just can’t be replicated. I hope Papacita’s is around for many years to come.“
“Great hidden gem of 'frontera' style cooking with real mendoza, and traditional cuisine. The habanero sauce is a bit hot for adventurous tastes and the menudo is good but way spicy if you are not accustomed to the intensity of hot and spicy.Dietary restrictions: There is a way to get gluten free here.“
“I used to live down the street from tacos goyo, and would eat here almost every day while I was pregnant. Then, I moved out of town and have been craving some forever. Today I went back and boooy did I miss this place. Don't walk, run!“
“NEW REVIEWUPDATE,WE have Finally given T Blanco's another shot. a little over 2 years ago we decided to go back and try them again. well i guess they finally got their **** together and figured it all out.. Now this is our go to for Beef Fajitas and a Beer and other things of course. Service has been great, food has been great, and the prices are good.... we are glad they got it together, this is only about 3 miles from our house so super convenientOLD REVIEWWill not be going back, Tom White Ran a great place with great food, these new owners don’t know what they are doing, have them our final try tonite, orders screwed up, service sucked, food was terrible, 2 months ago, just as bad, group of 15 of us, 5 sent orders back, 3 orders sent back twice, and it still sucked, if your going to serve CRAP don’t charge gourmet prices..... I rate this place below the worst food in town“
“The absolute best tacos around! I love the barbacoa tacos (of course) and don't forget the napolitos! Always so fresh, love love love the green salsa. My husband isn't a big taco guy, but really likes Mito's tacos. And the service is always amazing!“
“This is why I LOVE tacos el patron. The program they have for feeding those who may be hungry is beautiful to see in this city. Also it's the Best Mexican food you will get around the area hands down!!! Best quesabirrias ever. Stop by if you can!!“
“Not your average taco spot in Longview, but definitely worth the stop! We tried Lina's Tacos a couple different times before making a review. (Consistency right?!?!) Yeah, they nailed it both times! The barbacoa and quesabirria are spot on. ? Food trailer is super clean, and the outdoor seating is very convenient. More than happy to have this gem on the way out of town!“
“Just went for lunch here today with a buddy - 1st time eating here. I got a steak street taco and a pork taco. Excellent. I really don't understand the "street" thing - they definitely didn't taste like they came off of a street - but they were great. Salsa was good too - both the red and the green. Will be coming out again soon. This is one of the best kept secrets in Longview.“
“Top notch restaurant. I've been to every location in the Longview / Gladewater area. The food is always great. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly, and the price is very affordable. The down-to-earth, relaxing atmosphere makes Tele's an enjoyable experience every time.“
“We have been wanting to try this place for years. We walked in, and no one greeted us. It seemed like they were surprised we were there. We pointed to a table, and they nodded and said we could sit wherever. We sat down, and our waitress was hard to understand. It was a mix of speaking softly and with a hard accent. Got water to drink and Longview water or this part of Longviews water is not good. So my wife got a diet coke. They have delicious and fresh chips, and they bring out their salsa. It wasn't amazing, but they do have an alternate green salsa that was better and fresh. You have to get upon request. Definitely recommend that. We got the triple dip appetizer, but do not recommend it. It was basically an avocado smoothie and mac and cheese sauce x2. I ordered the Carne asada Torta and 5 street tacos(asada and chorizo mix), and my wife ordered the Pastor Gorditas. It took 45 minutes to get our food, there were only 2 customers in the restaurant at 11am. Us larger people had eaten 3 baskets of chips while we waited and were VERY tempted to leave as we were pretty much full.... it finally came out, and it was DELICIOUS, fresh, and well seasoned food. My wife loved her Gorditas, she tried them for the first time, and the AL Pastor was EXTREMELY juicy. This is like a tex-mex place but has a secret authentic Mexican side that they don't really push to us gringos. But definitely recommend that part of their menu.“
“The food there is wonderful. I normally order through the drive-through but decided to eat inside with my parents for the first time. Enjoyed listening to the blues music they had playing. The staff is not very friendly but the food makes up for that.“
“The young lady behind the counter was very sweet. She took our order helped explain what was good and her personal experiences with the menu items. The food was amazing and very good will be coming back and telling my friends about this place and the food and specials. She really was a good customer service employee and done her job and very helpful. So was the young man there also.“
“If you are out late and want some amazing street tacos then Jaliscos is the place. I had to change the edit on here because one of us guide of Longview Texas claimed Jaliscos was permanently closed. However that is not true. Jaloscos is on fact open because i just ordered for me and the family. Please if you are going to represent our town then leave your opinion for comments or ranks, but do not make the rest of us guides look bad by lying on facts about local business hours, locations, and contact numbers. So yes Jaliscos is opened and i changed it back as a guide because someone lied and said they were closed. Sad..“
“(Translated by Google) very tasty roast chicken and very good service and treatment by the waitress, definitely recommended and obviously we will return(Original)muy rico el pollo asado y muy buen servicio y trato por parte de la mesera, definitivamente recomendable y obvio regresaremos“
“Maria’s Hot Tamales are the best. Service is superb and the food is amazing. I was late to order hot tamales for Christmas and even though they were not taking any more orders, they went ahead and made the 2 dozen I needed for this weekend. Thank you for making this happen. Love this “
“If you are looking for truly authentic Mexican food, El Taquito is your spot. We tried the tacos and gorditas. Deshebrada or shredded pork with red sauce, I learned, is a must try!! The shrimp cocktail looks great and was a huge portion along with the soups. The two things I want to try next time.“
“Have not dined there in a long time. Food was fantastic, well seasoned and tasteful. Our server Alexis was awesome. Chip bowl never ran dry, drinks filled when need. My husband and I were very impressed. Do not know what changed but Bravo!! Keep up the good work!!!“
“In a world full of the same old "Mexican" restaurants El Ranchero is a gem.We arrived around 1pm and it was just a bit busy. But we were seated right away. Of course you get the usual chips and salsa. And the salsa was very good.We ordered, she got the taco salad and I got the burrito tejano. Everything was seasoned well. Most of these places only add the ingredients inside, bland as can be and ride on the fact of the queso or sauce on the outside to flavor the burrito. Not El Ranchero, they actually season all the ingredients on the inside like they care about what they're doing.I have found my new favorite Mexican place and will be back again and again. Oh and it's close to Dollywood so there is a bonus right there!“
“Little Mexico is my favorite restaurant! I have never had a bad experience. The owner is kind and helpful. I want to shout out the best server ever.. her name is Angeles. She is amazing! The food is on point every time - I have never has a bad meal. The atmosphere is great - good music, colorful decor, all around good vibes!“
“What a quaint place. Use to be the old Long John Silvers. They turned it into a cafe. The food was awesome.... Had the chilaquiles and yes....they were fantastic. Host was super friendly. My husband had the breakfast burrito filled with chunks of ham. Yall should try this place out!“
