We sat on folding chairs and dined on folding tables. Make sure you're dressed for outdoor weather unless you're doing take out.“

I want this place to stay in business. Fantastic service, quiet space tucked behind the busy road, good coffee, and fair prices. Personally more than anything else the location is great. Not too many people here but just enough to give you social pressure to get stuff done. It's located in some kind of art Haven and I see lots of creatives and creative energy coming from the place. “Such a refreshing option to have in the midst of a hot airport! We ordered coffee icecream with chocolate chip cookie dough chunks in it as well as Mexican vanilla ice cream with sweet cream. The former had a great flavor, the coffee taste didn't get lost in the icecream, but in the latter my husband wasn't a huge fan of the flavor saying the taste reminded him of Play-Doh. Overall though we found it convenient and at the very least we found one combination we liked!“

“I have visited this establishment usually on Sundays after church and have tried a variety of dishes on their menu. The chips and sweet and sour sauce are a free appetizer before the meal and they are light, crispy and a great starter. I have had the crispy crab puffs, combination fried rice, salt and pepper tofu, beef and broccoli and kung pow chicken. My favorite is bean curd home style tofu because it has a variety of fresh vegetables and the tofu is cooked to a nice crisp texture. The portion sizes are very large and easy to share.“

I absolutely enjoy the atmosphere and how delicious all of their food is. The view tex martini is my number one order and well worth the price. “I Have been bringing my son here for the lunch buffet on the weekends,and now he just turned 16. The staff know us well, and if something isn’t right , they fix it right away. Example- small kids :I do feel as they need to be at the table instead of being at the buffet wiping their noses or coughing and then grabbing every single spoon on the buffet. This happened and I told the owner and he immediately fixed it! He replaced every spoon and had a guy wiping the entire buffet area. I appreciate the staff and thank the kitchen personell doing a great job and sending out wonderful food!! I do wish the prices weren’t so high though. I was there every weekend when the prices were at $13, now it’s $20 on the weekends. Too high for me. Now I can only go there once in a blue moon. It’s a shame because it’s one of the better Indian restaurants in Austin.“

I decided to order a ton of tacos for my daughter’s birthday party to accommodate gluten free, vegetarian, etc, and they were a huge crowd pleaser! They had my big order ready right on time (I called a few hours early to order), helped me carry it out, labeled all the bags, and sent plenty of red and green salsa (very important!).
