This is a Must Try place if you're in the Monahans, Texas area. The green chili cheeseburger, and the fried catfish were EXCEPTIONAL! We also really like their onion rings.”

“Went last Friday and the special was Chicken Fried Chicken or Chicken Fried Steak. Ordered the chicken fried steak and then they offered to make it steak fingers if we preferred. We go the steak fingers and they were outstanding!! Highly recommend the food here!”

“Met friends at this restaurant. The food was great, reasonably priced and the service was good. Had not seen my friends in a year. We were able to sit and visit on a Friday night without feeling rushed to leave. Our server kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. She was so friendly as the others staff. If I’m in Monahans again, I will definitely eat there.”

“If the food had been warmer it would be rated 5 stars. The steam table for the buffet seemed to cool. The food had good flavor. The staff was friendly. Service was not slow but was sparce. When you got service it was quick. Atmosphere was nothing special.”

“This is an unassuming place with amazing food.

My partner got the Pho and it was incredibly good. Had good flavor and quality meat. Would say this Pho tops what we've had in some bigger cities.

I got the lasagna which was also very good.

Service was good - one women show when we were there so might be a bit of a wait if they were busy, but they weren't.

I was satisfied from the first bite but couldn't resist continuing to eat because it was so delicious. The green sauce stood out as my favorite, while the red sauce packed a spicy punch. The entire staff demonstrates a passion for their work, making them deserving of the top spot in Monahans. Let's support them in reaching that goal!”

“I was just passing through this little town and decided to give this place a shot and WOW i’m so grateful i chose to eat here because everything we ordered was delicious. I ordered the burritos and they are very decent size for the price! Definitely check this place out if you can!”

“A mexican restaurant. The food and service was above average. After ordering it took about 20 minutes for us to get our meals but well worth it - the food was fresh and well prepared. The staff made us feel right at home.Some of the best salsa I've ever had.”

“This chicken is really amazing! You might think you'll be getting fried chicken, but it's grilled, barbecued chicken.
It has a really unique and delicious taste. And it kind of reminded me of being a kid eating this kind of chicken at family barbecues. I don't know what spices they put in it, but it is so delicious!
Prove me wrong. Give this place a try once.
The only downside is you have to order out a taco truck, and it's behind a building so you have to go through an alley way to get there. I passed it, and didn't even know they were there.”

“I work for the railroad and we had to stop our Westbound train to meet some priority trains heading East. I walked the 8minutes there at 0630 in the morning and let me say it was well worth it!

4 burritos for $24 and they are good sized. Someone must have made the cook mad because the hot sauce was nice and spicy while also delicious! Be sure to ask them about their Brisket breakfast burritos!

I got 2 Brisket, Potato, Cheese, and Egg and they were dynamite! Highly recommend this place and I’ll be going back every chance I get when passing through Monahans! 🙂‍↕️🙏🏻”

“Pretty good Bar-B-Que, overall. Was surprised by all the negative feedback, more than half of which was about hours of operation. I'm just glad it was open when I came through. I have seen this place on one of my Texas shows, either Day-Tripper or bucket-list, so I have been wanting to try it. The ribs and the brisket were really good. Sausage had good flavor, although somewhat crumbly. The sides were good. The lighting was too dim, but the decor was very interesting. If you are in the area, I would recommend stopping at Pappy's.

Parking: Ample parking while I was there for lunch, and it was somewhat busy.”
