“Food is great and large portions. Service is perfect. So friendly Highly recommend the green chicken enchiladas plate ( Wednesday special) plus Quesabirria tacos and Quesabirria egg rollz. If you like a hamburger then get the All American Smash burger with cheese fries. WOW I'm hungry again!!!!!“
“Anyone who knows me knows I'm really not a foodie certainly not a barbecue person but the food from Hercules was amazing! First time I've had anything from a barbecue place in Texas that I've actually enjoyed. The eye roll my man had over the sausage speaks for itself, the brisket he says is very tender and flavorful and he is a foodie. The only improvement would be a Kaiser roll for the sandwich. The potato salad thankfully wasn't altered mashed potatoes and the beans were firm and tasty. We highly recommend this food truck and will definitely eat their food again. Definitely 5 stars!“
“We stopped by this gem on a whim… We were traveling from El Paso to the Dallas Fort Worth area, and we wanted to eat before it got dark… I was able to get in touch with the food truck to confirm that it was on site for the day, and once I arrived, they took our order… Everything was prepared fresh. The only thing I don’t think they had to offer was drinks but luckily we had some leftover drinks from our recent stop at a gas station. if you’re on a road trip traveling through Odessa Texas, this is the best place to stop and experience food truck dining!!“
“If you grew up in the El Paso-Juarez area in the mid 90's and had the CLAMATOS from the original Colega, well this is the real thing. You need to stop by for one or maybe even two especially to cure the hangover and add some Tacos while you are there!!! Highly recommended, Very good service, Good menu! “Ran across this place in Odessa mall and decided to try them out since I hadn’t had a homemade hamburger in a very long time. So tasty and fresh ingredients! Fries have a delicious seasoning on them I didn’t even need ketchup! Wings have a great breaded texture and crunch on them! They also make their ranch dressing from scratch and it’s very tasty as well…this place is a must try!! I’ll be back to try more burger and wing options for sure!“
“This place is physically beautiful with a great atmosphere. It was clean and well organized tables. The staff were friendly and quick. The food was disappointing and average at best. The bacon burger was actually pretty good but the macaroni and cheese was dry and bland, and the peach cobbler significantly lacked flavor. Barbeque is only served until 4pm, after 4 it's smash burgers and sides only currently.“
