Gentleman working the drive-thru argued and raised his voice to me when he was claiming that my gift card was not charged (when it was clearly left with a $3 balance after being charged).
He is extremely rude and this is not the first time.
I paid for 2 meals today on a gift card that I did not receive. So no lunch and a Used gift card. Nice.
I won't be back to this location.
Horrible and sloppy customer service!
The girl assumed we were someone else and treated us rudely from the start
Then she charged our card for someone else's food and processed a credit on the card without clarifying our identity AND then says..... this CR will take 3 to 4 business days.....really?!?!?!
The girl insisted she was correct and was NOT!
