We had dinner last night to celebrate my daughter’s boyfriend’s 21st birthday. He flew in from New Jersey to celebrate with us. He’s excited to go to KAI coz it’s one of our favorite place to dine. Food was always great. Last night we had oysters, sushi, lobster tacos, lobster fried rice, udon, pad thai, special of the night ribeye, and wagyu beef tataki. Horrible horrible experience. Went with friends and as soon as we paid our 600$+ bill our waitress complained and called the cops on us.
I don’t know the name of this employee in this restaurant but whoever hired her didn’t check her experience with customer service. Many restaurants in the area are pet friendly and we came to this one to enjoy a family dinner. If the place is not pet fiendly, there is no need for this woman to go out screaming like crazy and being rude to someone who comes to PAY for good service and food.
