amazing food!!! Great atmosphere. friendly staff
We went to Rosa's Cafe on Coit Road for my birthday (78th). We have been many times in the past & never had a problem. My grandkids wanted to go there to celebrate my birthday, and it was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! First of all, the woman that took our order was not at all friendly & acted impatient with my husband when he was placing the order for all of us. Secondly, the food was awful!
