Ordered delivery and they were out of crabcakes, but instead added shrimp and loose crabmeat as well as bonus mac and cheese. Since it’s so hard to get quality service anywhere anymore, I was really impression with the effort made to compensate for the missing inventory. Just saw a message notification and just realized they even called to ask for a substitute. Well done. Thank you! Will be a returning customer. Food quality is consistently excellent.
We had the best lunch here on Sunday. Such professional and friendly management and wait staff. The manager Danielle stopped by to introduce herself and make sure everything was great and it was. Quick seating by the Hostess and great service by our waitress Tonya. We have been to the Saltgrass in Irving and it is subpar compared to this Plano location.
