“Was and had been our go-to taco must have joint since it's opening years ago, with that said, I'm far beyond disappointed to have just received a negative balance to my cashapp account I fund specifically for certain purchases only. For this very reason. Prevents actual bank fees for overdrafting an account when someone takes it upon themselves to taking more from someone else without realizing there's always going to come a day when you do it to the wrong person. For 2 tacos for my son from the drive thru, an employee thoughtlessly added a $5 tip to a $6.+ total. While I have absolutely contributed to takeout tipping practices being a service industry worker myself I don't feel like STEALING tips on slow days, bad days, idgaf days etc. is EXCUSABLE ON ANY DAY. Really makes those of us who are honest and literally take pride in our actual service to be left paying for the experiences like this left on many others. I want the Original signed receipt provided to me where it is without question a clear concise handwritten tip amount as well as the correct reflection of the total plus tip amount being handwritten which should very well be in your daily paperwork records. Debit/credit machines do require a daily reconciliation be done and as I'm familiar in these processes it is very well understood that this was purposefully done being entered manually. “Haley, a waitress/ mgr made my night s perfect 10! I sat at the bar looking through the bar top menus for 20 minutes and the bartender didn't even look my way, but HALEY stepped in, asked if I'd been helped and when I said NO, was instrumental in making SURE I had a GREAT NIGHT!!! She made sure My Night was ENJOYABLE AND AMAZING!!! I don't care who the bartender was, I WANT HER AS MANGER/BARTENDER! Her PEOPLE skills are AMAZING!!! She is one of the BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN, and I am an old guy!!!”

“I finally had the opportunity to try out True Texas BBQ for the first time a few days ago at the HEB in Pleasanton. I'll start by saying I'm beyond picky about brisket.....can't be too fatty, can't be dry or too chewy and the tiniest bit of gristle and the whole meal will go in the garbage......you get the picture. Anyway, heading in to pick up a few grocery items while visiting my niece in Jourdanton, the first thing to catch my eye was the True Texas BBQ counter just as I realized I hadn't had lunch. I grabbed a brisket plate (lean) with potato salad and creamed corn and pigged out. I'm SO glad I did!!!

The brisket was tender and flavorful, and the the spicy BBQ sauce was perfect with it. The creamed corn was the best I've ever tasted and perfect with the brisket. I grabbed my basketful of groceries and headed back to the BBQ counter to grab more for my husband's dinner that night. For him, I ordered the fattier cut of brisket, the creamed corn and the brisket beans. Of course, I sampled the beans as he happily enjoyed his dinner. Sooooooo good! It's a good thing that Pleasanton is 30 minutes away or I might never cook again. Probably going to try the stuffed baked potato with brisket next trip.

I also want to give kudos to the associates. They were so friendly and helpful, a joy to spend a few minutes with. I actually met Theresa, the pitmaster for the Pleasanton store. I learned that the BBQ was made in the store, not in a plant miles away and trucked to each location. I'll be back, for sure. It was obvious that both employees took pride in producing the best product and giving the best customer service possible. They aced both, for sure.

If you haven't tried Texas True BBQ from HEB, do yourself a favor. You won't be sorry, especially if you visit the Pleasanton store.”

The food is always fresh and hot when we recieve it and the biscuits are never hard enough to chip a tooth. Yes, I've had that kind before. Throw them out if a dentist visit bogo card has to be sent out with the biscuits. Yay Church's, u get a 10 from me!”

“My family & I had bacon,egg, & chesse tacos, sausage & egg tacos, & carne casada with chesse tacos. Food was good. Tacos didn't have a lot of eggs & the tortillas were small. Also didn't realize their breakfast tacos went up. The menu I saw on here said 1.50 but they have updated their menu so I took a picture of the new menu & posted it. Customer service was good though the ladys that work the stand were nice.

“Truck driver here. This Walmart is always busy but fully stocked. Great employees and always helpful. The pickup department is also wonderful, even though they seem undersstaffed. I go out of my way to shop at this Walmart”
