“I told my husband “don’t order a steak from Dennys”! I had to eat my words! The steak was perfectly cooked to my request, great flavor, great tender cut, service was awesome, food was out in less than 10 minutes. We did eat around 5-6pm. We will come again!“
“We love the Portland, TX Applebee’s. This visit we ordered the 1/2 sandwich w/chicken tortilla soup. The soup was delicious, full of flavor & warmth( since it’s usually cold inside year round) the club type sandwich was grilled and full of deli meats and cheese, just scrumptious?. “Yall! Peps has the best fajitas of any mexirestaurant I’ve been to in the area. I always get the fajita avocado salad, it’s my favorite menu item. I only have two suggestions, no comino in the rice (it doesn’t need it and it gives that weird after flavor you burp up for a few hours after eating it) and the beans need more flavor. Chop up some onion, tomato, cilantro and bacon or cueritos and they will be bomb. Other than that the food is ?“
