“Broth connoisseurs of Dallas! REJOICE!Dare I call this bowl of soup..... refreshing??? This Yuzu Shio with chicken broth (in the attached image) was bright in flavor without being heavy or too rich. Service is quick, and my server was helpful in identifying appetizers and a soup that would speak to my soul ?? The Ajitsuke Tamago (seasoned egg) could have marinated longer in my personal opinion, but the pickled red ginger added a nice little acidic kick. Try the yuzu kosho topping✨Don't wait until a cold or rainy day to try this hot soup spot!“
“As a first-time visitor and a fan of Japanese cuisine, I was thoroughly impressed by their impeccable service, stunning food presentation, and reasonable prices. Great job! I highly recommend it if you're in town.Vegetarian options: Go in and explore it for yourself ?Dietary restrictions: None!“
“I’ve been here multiple times but can’t believe it took me this long to review but I love everything about this place. It’s a little bit of a waitlist so I would suggest getting a drink after writing your name down but it’s definitely worth the wait.Special recommendation is the spicy miso if you want something savory and hot.Very recommended for happy hours, date night!“
“Wow.. this is a very unique ramen spot that specializes in Dashi/clear soup. It's very hearty and delicious without the feeling of heaviness after. We tried the Hinodeya Special Ramen (comes with bed of littleneck clams) and it was so fresh tasting. Service was very accommodating and attentive. We came out very impressed.“
“Very delicious. We got thai milk tea with boba, kids dry ramen with chicken, bao buns, bibimbap, kstyle combo to include kpop soup, fried mandu, and drink. We got spicy level 2 for both the kpop soup and bibimbap. The spicy has a kick but is also so flavorful. We really enjoyed the food but also the cute atmosphere. They also have a person you can order with or a kiosk if you prefer. The kiosk is very easy to use. They will bring the food to your table whenever it is ready, or call your name if it is to go order.“
“The food was reasonably priced, we were seated immediately, and the food arrived quickly. Overall, it was perfect!I loved the options you could choose for the ramen, especially the bamboo shoots and the sweet corn.We were in Dallas for an event and wanted ramen for dinner. We will definitely visit again next time we are in town.“
“This is a little hidden gem in Dallas with some of the most delicious all-you-can-eat sushi I ever had! The menu is extensive with so many varied and unique rolls to try. The servers are very nice, attentive and helpful. The chefs are fast and professional. I will definitely come back. If you like to eat a LOT like I do the $45 for AYCE is WELL worth it.ETA: been here twice in the past 2 months and it is one of my favorite AYCE places in Dallas!“
“Everything you want in a Ramen restaurant. And yes Duck is the way to go! You can tell by my pictures that the duck is grilled nicely and tender as a high quality steak. The best part about my meal was the service. As I was reading the reviews on the dish I noticed that people didn’t like the broth so much and so much spoke with our server to see if she could modify it and she had no problem doing so. I asked for a more hardy chicken broth with a spiced up kick and she knew exactly what I was asking for. This is you Wagamama hack! Customize your broth with the waiter and you won’t be disappointed. My duck was amazing! The broth was on point and had so much flavor. I also ordered the chicken gyoza and the soy sauce is what made that appetizer. My friends did the same thing I did with customized ramen broth and they loved it. Sad to say I was only in town for a day but if I was staying longer I would have come back multiple times. The customer service alone was great and the fact that they were willing to customize the broth without a charge or complaint is something you don’t see any more in customer service. So if you made it this far in my review, stop reading and order the duck already and customize your broth! Enjoy.“
“I had an amazing experience here. We had a large party coming in a friday night and even though they dont take reservations they took the time to communicate with me to make it work. Also, hands down the best vegan ramen ive ever had. Service was prompt and professional and the vibe was on point. Ill be a future frequent customer for sure :)“
“We had a great experience overall during our first time at JINYA, which happened to be on Valentine's Day. Ramen bowls for dinner run about $18 a bowl typically, but they were running a special for 2 bowls of ramen, 2 non-alcoholic drinks, and potstickers for $40, so we took advantage of that.A couple highlights:- the atmosphere was really beautiful (well decorated for a small square footage) & great outdoors seating as an option as well- while the night was busy, servers were prompt and friendly- ramen bowls were delicious (we got the classic tonkatsu bowl and the black tonkatsu bowl)- we opted for the impossible meat potstickers just to try it out (instead of pork) and I would 100% get them againA couple of things they could improve:- their lemonade is basically country time lemonade so i would pass on getting that again- we never got a refill on our other drinks throughout the night so we were a bit disappointed about thatOverall, would definitely come back again and try out the other multitude of ramen bowl options they have on the menu.“
“Server was very clearly new, or very inexperienced. No plates, no silverware, pretty bad service overall, had to ask or constantly remind them for basic things. The food was delicious though, the crab rangoons were amazing! I also got the cherry blossom sushi rolls and they were delicious.“
“There’s a reason why they say this is one of the best ramen spots in Dallas. Amazing quality ramen and low key kinda hidden. You have to stand to eat unfortunately but it’s worth it! I typically get tonkatsu or miso broth, but this time I just got dry noodles with chopped chashu and my girlfriend got the lobster noodles (very delicious!). There’s something for every ramen lover.Parking: There’s a huge parking lot“
“I'm not a hater so I'm not gonna post a bad review I can tell it's fairly new. I came in for lunch and they had one server and I can tell the owners of the place were in handling some business they were nice. I ordered takoyaki it was decent. I didn't go for the ramen it was lunch time and I didn't want to be waking around all full and tired so I went for the Japanese fried rice choice of chicken beef and shrimp or combination. I asked if I can do a pork belly instead of the other choices, without hesitation she said NO. I was a bit taken back because what ramen place doesn't have a traditional pork belly bowl, you serve pork belly with the ramen. Anyways that's my only complain because I sat at the bar by the kitchen and I heard one of them customizing an order. If it was extra I wouldn't care that's how most ramen place operate. Other than that food was good and like I said place looked new for the owners to be putting in work. In due time hope more is added to the menu.“
“The manu is confusing food is good the Manger is horrible I buy a drink by mistake I told him I want the hot one not the cold one told me I can't replace and what to charge me on the new one even due I return it right a way horrible costumer service from a manager that the only bad thing I have to say other then that good “
“A tiny lil family operated eatery inside the Shin Chon Market. The service is impeccable and super friendly. The self serve kiosk is an easy and convenient option for easy ordering & payment. The staff was always there to help with any questions on the order. The Gyoza is a must try. We regretted only getting 6 pieces :D.The ramen bowls were really large and tasted great. Would love to try the different creations from the menu in the future. The curry dishes look very appetizing.Pricing : ModerateWill I return? : For sure!!!“
