This was a great food truckfind in Rockport. We have been to Rockport many times now and finding a good po-boy has been tough. We ordered 4 shrimp po-boys all the way. They were loaded with shrimp, about a dozen on each. Cooked perfectly golden brown. The bread was also excellent. Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Will definitely be returning. Thanks for a great lunch.
Someone recommended this place and oh boy it did not disappoint. We stopped by around 9pm and Crawfish/boudin/hush puppies are stupid good. We’re from SA, but this is now on our list of “must stop” when we are in town, which is often. Definitely recommend. ??

Damn good food and friendly service! I had the Shrimp po' Boy and hush puppies.Shrimp Po boy was loaded with everything. Shrimp was fresh and fried and good oil. You know the oil is good if the fried shrimp comes out a real light tan color... Hush Puppies weren't huge but big enough and they were tasty! I would definitely hit this food truck up again, its right next to Lulu's! Prices were fair and the portion was generous.
