“I live 40 miles west, and this is pretty much the closest Chinese food for me.I like Great Wall. You get to see the food being prepared right behind the counter (so you know it's freshly fried), and the ladies are always friendly.I think the stand-out is the portion size for the price. It is generous (by today's standards). Many places have DEFINITELY reduced what they give you to pad the bottom line, but not so at Great Wall. $50 gets you a HEAVY bag of food. And the food is good. I have never had any problems. Well, one thing I wish they would do is to dismantle the TRULY AWFUL relic of 2020 -- a tall plastic partition with a TINY access hole at the payment counter. It's both an eyesore, and makes the entire transaction unpleasant. Let's hope they get rid of it . . . SOON! In the meantime, just "walk around the side" and talk to the lady face-to-face so you can hear each other! But that's my only gripe. They are very good at getting orders correct, and the food is always hot and appetizing (well, not quite so hot after driving home 40 miles, but that is my own making of a problem) :-)All around a 4.5 out of 5.“
“When you pull up to this place you will be tempted to turn around and leave. Don’t!! This food is really good. And they give you plenty. Not really a five star but definitely a 4.65. There is no dine in; just take out. Call ahead first though. They make it fresh to order so if you arrive then order, expect a little bit of a wait. Fried rice will bring you back.“
“This is the best birria I have ever tasted. The tacos were scrumptious. They gave you a small bowl consume to dip the tacos, excellent! It's a little hole in the wall and no indoor dining, but that did not take away from the taste of the food. My daughter had the foil pack with jumbo shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn on the cob. Everything had a spice and flavor to it. It's a must stop in Rosenberg, TX by Houston. It's worth the trip.“
“It's actually not a bad place to eat, Long story short, you get your money's worth, in my opinion. ( i eat the grilled chicken plate ) My only complaint is that the booth sits you a little too upright. In my opinion, I'll just sit at a regular table next, yes I'll.. I'LL BE BACK.“
“We ordered the parradilla fajitas, chicken and shrimp for one...believe me..it's enough for two! Very authentic charro beans, rice ....delicious! Ice cold beer with ice cold mugs. Great price if your on a budget! Music is authentic! Get here soon and enjoy!Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room to move around“
“I visited this place for the first time today didn’t know what to expect, turn out the food was amazing, hot and fresh, the mussels had a good size to it and the crawfish was juicy, the garlic butter flavor was fantastic, plus the fried rice was flavorful and the texture was on point. The employees were also nice and respectful with a fast service. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and be back again!! :))“
“The food was surprisingly delicious as I hurriedly ordered for delivery as I had a busy day at work. I cannot tell you about the ambiance but the food was delivered hot, prepared perfectly and the portions were plentiful! I will order again!!“
“I like Joe's, but they should upgrade to booths . The food is good , my dad likes it very much .I usually patronize because a family member(mom or dad) wants to eat at Joe's Oyster bar.I like dark dining atmosphere with intimate lighting.I will always go to Joe's when any family members want a great chicken fried steak .“
“Eating at the restaurant - very clean. Staff is kind. Food is super fresh.Ordering to go - driver always goes out of his way. Food is always correct & FRESH ! the only problem is the styrofoam Togo boxes. When they put the fried rice, or sweet n sour chicken - it burns the styrofoam and makes the bottom food taste weird (not to mention the chemicals released)Other than the Togo boxes - this place is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant !“
