It isn't clear from their web site, but this is indeed a food truck plopped on a piece of road side property with some tables.I was in from out of town and this place lives up to their ratings! We showed up right before closing time and almost all of the sides were sold out (our fault for waiting so long to go) and they were very helpful saying what they could still make us.Parking: You pull in from off the road. It's easy to miss. There is plenty of dirt lot parking.
The food was absolutely amazing hit the spot for a sweet spiced bbq the serving is perfect for a hungry truck hunter! We plan to go back and get more things off the menu but the Mac is a must! Such a big portion. It wasn't busy and once you order they give you a pager and you can wait at their wooden picnic tables decorated with string lights and some flowers occasionally. Do be careful walking to food truck as there is gravel rocks and it's not paved.

Give this place a shot! The brisket and ribs are great, wife loves the pulled pork tacos! No complaints and this BBQ rivals (better) than brick and mortar establishments such as R_dys or Sm_key Mo’s. They know what they’re doing for sure! MAKE SURE you go early enough, they sell out quickly of random items (small batches) early bird gets the worm!
