“Service was amazing, food came out in good time and hot. Boudin balls were amazing and the beignets were better than Cafe du monde in Louisiana! My husband had the boudin omelet and it was amazing. I had the boudin chilaquiles, they were ok, hardly any boudin and the lemon sauce was good. Just not used to it on my chilaquiles so it made for a weird flavor for me. The coffee was also very good!“

The eggs benedict with brisket with homemade everything (including the English muffin) was really great, including the potatoes on the side. “Had a really good experience. We were a party of 12, 6 adults and 6 kids and the waitress did an amazing job. The food was really good. I had the eggs Benedict with duck confit over a croissant with hollandaise and a mushroom gravy , it was a first for me and they were amazing. The breakfast potato’s were really good also.Arrive early because the place gets packed fast.“
“Bliss never disappoints with the food, service, execution and we have been coming here for many years for special occasions. However the prices on the menu have increased - with some apps in the mid 20$ and entrees in the mid 40s and up - while partly this is inflation - was a bit of a surprise. We may need make the times we come - extra extra special.“
