Arden Mall Sacramento, CA., July, 2023. I had Charlie's a couple of times before and and did notice there was a lot of pepper used to season the steak and chicken ( as I tried both). The last time I went I asked if the cook could please go light on the pepper. I was told they could not as it was a pre mix of pepper and salt they use to season the meat. I adked if they could please use salt only and again was told they could not. I am disappointed as I really love the sandwiches...read full review
If you're craving a Philly cheese steak, Crave no more. The fries were hot, love that. And the Philly cheese steak was really good. Great customer service. Looking forward to the next visit. FYI, My friend got a double meat, I may do that next time LOL.

I went yesterday towards the evening, and the food was pretty good. The fries were delicious. I did wake up in the middle of the night with intense intestinal pain, sweating bullets, and praying for salvation. I do not usually get affected by food like that, so this was definitely a surprise.
