“i have a dunkin closer to me, but i always drive 15 minutes to come to this one! their staff is so much more friendlier! i’ve had so many positive experiences here that i’ve just had to finally write a review about it :) Keep up the good work!!“

“The guy helping us was so personable and nice! For being there since 4AM he was so social and friendly with us and made our experience a million times better with his energy. He told us about his concert experience and his kids and I could've honestly talked to him forever.

He gave us an extra 6 donuts and mistakenly made another cold brew that he let us keep. I'm sure throwing it away would've been inconvenient but it was sweet of him anyhow.“

“I originally called and spoke with Carla, she made a mistake and said that they were out of Maple doughnuts. I then placed a mobile order and also noticed they were out as well online. When I arrived I noticed there were some behind the glass she apologized, and gave me a complimentary Maple donut 🍩. I told her she made my day. She thanked me and gave me a smile. Her kindness truly shines in a situation like this. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. This is the type of customer service all these other stores around should strive to achieve. I will definitely be back making this my chosen store!“

“I will NEVER EVER go back to Starbucks again me and hubby walked in after a long working night and we got the best service especially for being 4:15 AM !!!

“This is the best Dunkin I have been too in a long time. When I walked in I was greeted right away and served very fast. She asked me how many shots of everything I requested and usually no one asks me that, they just put in whatever of what I requested. The barista was AWESOME today, great customer service. I will be back to this location“

“Not sure about the dine-in experience. Four months ago I was visiting family and stopped here to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich, til this day I still remember the great service. I swear the guy that was there was a manager or assistant manager named Sunny. Anyways, he was so kind!“

Everyone who works there including the phenomenal store manager Jessica, is always so kind, attentive, and ensures to satisfy customer orders. The lobby and restrooms are always so clean, welcoming, and even the lobby has some fun zones perfect for both family or friend hangouts. “When we walked in they were completely out of donuts. We were leaving when the manager notified us more, but a limited selection, coming out. We got donuts but not what we were looking for. They were also out of several drink flavorings. Pretty disappointing.“

“This Duncan is doing okay. It's very clean the staff stay on top of the floors the windows the counters and the bathrooms. They don't wear name tags and I wish they did so I don't know how this Cindy that left a review didn't know anybody's name except by the receipt that was in her bag but that doesn't mean that's who took her order I've been going to this place for years and I know this for a fact. The only thing I can say about this place is they need to get cabinet doors on their donuts. Keep up the good work Duncan“

“I always receive excellent service from this location. They always have the donuts I want in stock (vanilla creme), and they do me the favor of putting in the ones I request even though they're not available to order on Doordash. The items are carefully and safely packaged, and my drinks are well made. I will always trust ordering from this location. Thank you for the wonderful service.“

“I just left there. I ordered avocado toast and a regular coffee with cream and sugar. I just wanted to say whoever made my coffee, you're the best. I took a sip of it because usually I would have to add more cream or even sugar but this time it was perfect for me. Thank you so much! You actually made my morning better 😁“

“The only reason this location was not a full 5 stars was the waffle cones which were not fresh or had became a bit soft, possibly because they were placed so close to the ice cream freezers. everything else was good. the atmosphere was fantastic, very relaxed, laid back and clean. they had normal chairs and tables but also several very comfy faux leather chairs with a smaller coffee table. a most loungable experience“

“The restroom here are ideal for a quick moment with your girl and there’s paper towels for her to clean off with afterward. However there’s a gloryhole in the men’s restroom and it connects to where the dudes make the pastries apparently because I stuck it in there every night for weeks and the same dude ‘s mouth was the SAME each night LOL“

“I would like to thank J-on for making my experience 5 starts this will be my second time here .He has always treated me with respect ,excellent customer service on his part ,soft spoken ,and excellent employee.Unlike the other lady that kicked me out for staying too long .

“I really like Dunkin coffee. I appreciate that many of the specialty coffee drinks can be made with decaf unlike most other fast food restaurants like McDonald's as an example. I go to this location frequently and I have never had my order messed up. I am deducting two stars for the food because a certain percentage of the food items are way overpriced for what you get and some are literally a scam like the hash browns with melted cheese and bacon bits. It cost $3.99 vs. plain hash browns at $1.25....so that is a $2.74 difference. You don't get anymore hash browns and only the smallest sprinkle of cheese and bacon imaginable. A total scam. Although I didn't take a pic until after eating the couple hash browns on top, you can at least see that the hash browns on the bottom had no cheese on them. Unacceptable at that price. I also think the bagel sandwiches at almost $5 are also not worth the price since they're dry and there isn't a way to modify and add butter to improve them. Also, the hash browns are frequently in my bag broken into pieces making them hard to eat. I also think the add-on charge for whipped cream or caramel or cold foam at over $.55 for the miniscule amount you get is too high especially for an already overpriced drink as it is. Also, there should be a gluten free food offering in this day and age.“

I will also be very specific, and say that the manager in charge was clearly training someone, so I have a lot of patience for that and the food was good... And we also got an apology for it being slow....

“I enjoy the coffee rolls ! I just have to go early cause they run out , they are that good 😋 ! They are not to sweet they just melt in my mouth ! I put them in the microwave for like 15 seconds and get my coffee OMG delicious 😋. I have gotten some else where and when I chew them I have to keep on chewing there like gum they won't resolve ! “This staff is the absolute best. Kind and friendly staff. My man Derek makes the absolute best bagels and is one of the nicest people there. Then you have the girl with the bandaids who makes the best coffee by far. I wasn’t a fan at first but this staff has made me do a 180. Absolute best dunkin I’ve been to, hope the full staff is given the proper kudos!
