“Nothin negative...All Positive. I've been coming to this Dunkin since it 1st opened and majority of the employees that have ive met Past and prior never rude or nasty. The food is on point , its Quiet and clean and you nice view of the busiest streets downtown N.St.Marys. 🤘🏾ROCK ON🤘🏾 DOWNTOWN DUNKIN.“

“Not sure about the dine-in experience. Four months ago I was visiting family and stopped here to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich, til this day I still remember the great service. I swear the guy that was there was a manager or assistant manager named Sunny. Anyways, he was so kind!“
“This is the best Dunkin I have been too in a long time. When I walked in I was greeted right away and served very fast. She asked me how many shots of everything I requested and usually no one asks me that, they just put in whatever of what I requested. The barista was AWESOME today, great customer service. I will be back to this location“
“I came in about 645 this morning and my server was Aracely. I of course was tired and grumpy and basically having a rough morning. My wife of 30 years just got admitted to hospice and she won’t be coming home. I called ahead to make sure that Dunkin’ Donuts had blueberry cake donuts. She confirmed that I came in and she was so happy and in such a good mood that it turned my outlook of the day around. She is a great server and great employee you guys Should make sure never let her go. My one question is how does she drive to work with Angel wings on her back. She was great Patrick Johnston.“

“I just left there. I ordered avocado toast and a regular coffee with cream and sugar. I just wanted to say whoever made my coffee, you're the best. I took a sip of it because usually I would have to add more cream or even sugar but this time it was perfect for me. Thank you so much! You actually made my morning better 😁“

“This particularly Dunkin Donuts is the best. People are so nice and no matter what time I go, the sausage egg cheese breakfast in croissant is so delicious I mean perfect, never burnt, never smelling bad and the Kolache is so delicious and the coffee never ever tastes old. I’m so impressed And the young man with the green eyes is so kind and professional and the manager is lovely and never rude. It’s my go to place when I wake up late and I know that at 12:30 or 1pm I’m going to get the best breakfast through the drive through. Amen“
“The restroom here are ideal for a quick moment with your girl and there’s paper towels for her to clean off with afterward. However there’s a gloryhole in the men’s restroom and it connects to where the dudes make the pastries apparently because I stuck it in there every night for weeks and the same dude ‘s mouth was the SAME each night LOL“
“I always receive excellent service from this location. They always have the donuts I want in stock (vanilla creme), and they do me the favor of putting in the ones I request even though they're not available to order on Doordash. The items are carefully and safely packaged, and my drinks are well made. I will always trust ordering from this location. Thank you for the wonderful service.“
“I see many bad reviews for service, but that's not what I experienced at this location on the morning of Feb 1. I think they realized a sleepy dad was trying to get breakfast for his family, and they helped me with a drink carrier because I had a lot to carry to the car. Great, friendly service.
I recommend the croissant sandwiches over anything McDonald's serves and my kids really liked their kolaches.“
“The only reason this location was not a full 5 stars was the waffle cones which were not fresh or had became a bit soft, possibly because they were placed so close to the ice cream freezers. everything else was good. the atmosphere was fantastic, very relaxed, laid back and clean. they had normal chairs and tables but also several very comfy faux leather chairs with a smaller coffee table. a most loungable experience“
“i always order from here, i live in the apartments across the street. i won’t lie, the food is usually alright. not the best, but still good. they make some good drinks though!!! and the service has always been great. yall i ordered only 2 maple snack bacons, and they gave me 5!!! Nice surprise because theyre expensive for so little amount so i felt like i got my money’s worth and i gave some to the kids. I had to call and say thank you. They’re awesome and they’ll keep getting my business for sure.“
“We had such a great experience today it was worthy of mentioning. Originally we had actually ordered at the shirts location, which was absolutely horrible. And we were willing to buy another coffee at this one because we need some coffee. And the employee here Cindy went way above and beyond and took care of us. Not only did she fix the other store’s mistake, but she remade the entire coffee and made sure it was to our satisfaction before we left. Really thought that was amazing customer service on her part. I never experienced anyone like that at Dunkin before this. Cindy deserves to be recognized as a great employee and values customers. Completely reversing our negative feelings towards the company as a whole.“

“I really like Dunkin coffee. I appreciate that many of the specialty coffee drinks can be made with decaf unlike most other fast food restaurants like McDonald's as an example. I go to this location frequently and I have never had my order messed up. I am deducting two stars for the food because a certain percentage of the food items are way overpriced for what you get and some are literally a scam like the hash browns with melted cheese and bacon bits. It cost $3.99 vs. plain hash browns at $1.25....so that is a $2.74 difference. You don't get anymore hash browns and only the smallest sprinkle of cheese and bacon imaginable. A total scam. Although I didn't take a pic until after eating the couple hash browns on top, you can at least see that the hash browns on the bottom had no cheese on them. Unacceptable at that price. I also think the bagel sandwiches at almost $5 are also not worth the price since they're dry and there isn't a way to modify and add butter to improve them. Also, the hash browns are frequently in my bag broken into pieces making them hard to eat. I also think the add-on charge for whipped cream or caramel or cold foam at over $.55 for the miniscule amount you get is too high especially for an already overpriced drink as it is. Also, there should be a gluten free food offering in this day and age.“

I will also be very specific, and say that the manager in charge was clearly training someone, so I have a lot of patience for that and the food was good... And we also got an apology for it being slow....

“I enjoy the coffee rolls ! I just have to go early cause they run out , they are that good 😋 ! They are not to sweet they just melt in my mouth ! I put them in the microwave for like 15 seconds and get my coffee OMG delicious 😋. I have gotten some else where and when I chew them I have to keep on chewing there like gum they won't resolve ! Service is fast even through the drive thru ! Thank you Oh I also like the Apple fritters! The price is fair for me everybody is rasing the prices !“
“This staff is the absolute best. Kind and friendly staff. My man Derek makes the absolute best bagels and is one of the nicest people there. Then you have the girl with the bandaids who makes the best coffee by far. I wasn’t a fan at first but this staff has made me do a 180. Absolute best dunkin I’ve been to, hope the full staff is given the proper kudos!

“Come here almost every morning before getting my son to school and the guy at the drive thru window is always so nice and has such a GREAT attitude! Definitely a great start to a busy day! As early as it is he always greets us with a smile and is very quick. Love this location and will continue to stop in daily.“
