“We had a great experience with this location, last week. My wife ordered the mini tacos for my Daughter, the large tacos for herself (as usual she ordered way too many...at least 10), my son got the new Smashburger and I went Ultimate cheese with jalapeño poppers. At the time, there were 2 young ladies working, we didnt see anyone else. The food was prepared very quickly, and everything was bagged perfectly. When we got home the food was still warm. I ordered 4 or the two tacos and a couple of Supreme Crosisant breakfast sandwiches.Service was quick. My order was repeated back to me and ready within a few minutes. The team member was courteous and professional.I didn't rate the atmosphere 5 stars because I didn't go inside. “I ate at the Jack in the box on Bandera Rd and Hillcrest at about 8:00 pm on September 20th. The guys that were working that shift were on point with the food . The burger was nice and hot, juicy. The curly fries were crisp and hot as should be. Good job guys!! Keep it up! “Hit the drive-thru for breakfast and while it did take a little longer than usual to get our food you could tell everything was fresh and hadn't been sitting under a lamp. The curly fries were hot, perfectly crisp and cooked all the way through without being dried out. Can't beat the food when you need a cheap meal.“

“Went there a few nights in a row in the drive thru & the person there that they have working the window gives me excellent customer service always greets with a smile and makes sure my whole order is all in my bags. Told me her name is Lulu … great employee made sure my fries and burger were Fresh and hot. Makes the wait that everybody complains about, worth it. If you had a run in with a rude employee ask for Lulu promise won’t regret it.“
“The manager Donald is a really really excellent worker. I see him doing everything from taking drive through order to making the burgers,fries,tacos and other foods. He is an awesome worker. He is a speed demon. The other two people working on burgers and other things like fries and shakes were taking forever to make anything. He has the speed of three more workers. This was on Christmas eve and everyone was out at Jack in the box getting something. That line was long and when I went back to pass it going home i saw the line long still. I know Donald was godsend to that restaurant. This guy deserves a big raise or promotion definitely. I hope you admire Donald cause ur restaurant needs more people like him.“

“Store 871 had score of 100 on inspection. Liked that was cleaned. However for 2 employees that is alot to cover orders. Managed best they can. Thank goodness for patience. But for some who time is pressing for lunch time. Not so well saw customers leave if the wait too long. Or they were out of certain things of the menu. I feel for this 2 employees. Doing their best at circumstances.“
“We are from Wisconsin and went online to find a Jack in the box with the most stars…so we chose this one and glad we did. Order was spot on and we received our food quickly. The restaurant was very clean. We were greeted and were thanked as we left. That doesn’t happen much in fast food restaurants anymore. We got the Jumbo Jack meal with curly fries, four tacos and the spicy crispy chicken wrap. So good!“
