Our favorite place in San Antonio for happy hour margaritas! Service from bartender/manager Marshal is always excellent. He goes out of his way to make us feel welcome and accommodate dietary needs. Food is delicious, and we always have enough to take home for leftovers.
Positives: Friendly service, everyone enjoyed their entrees, the atmosphere was fairly quiet and we didn't wait with our reservation. Suggestions: The wait time for food was quite long, suggest adding additional dips for chips as a complimentary app. My verde chicken enchiladas were great but I would have loved more sauce, they were a little dry.

Tex-Mex with some traditional items as well, like pozole and mole enchiladas. Our party stayed with Tex-Mex classics (chicken fajita salad, chile relleno, street tacos with carnitas, and the mixed enchilada plate. We loved their chips and unique salsa. All of the foods were delicious with ample servings. The ambience was great, too, and I especially enjoyed the real Latino/mariachi/norteño mix of music. We ordered their sopaipillas for dessert - excellent!
