Dont let them sit you downstairs in the "play area" unless you wish it. As a party of all adults, this was not desired and the service was non-existent due to the distance and stairs. We asked to be moved to the restaurant we came to experience and were refused. There were open tables but despite our having a reservation, they were "all reserved" by others. I can only guess others know to request not being sat in the playground and/or leave when thats the only choice.
First time here, and other than the fact you were very busy we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves any more! Great to see smiling faces of employees hard at work, it speaks of the culture in this place.
