Customer service can be improved upon. Stood at the pickup counter for 10 minutes without a single person acknowledging us. Manager came out and handed us our order that was sitting on the back counter the entire time we were there. Employees were just talking and laughing. Giving 3 stars for the food being decently good every time we go.
Their customer service sucks. Specifically the manager or supervisor not too sure, he was wearing a grayish button up. It seems like he hates his job and doesn't want to be here. This was the morning shift 10:30 AM. Work on your manners, this is a customer service based job. He got upset because I asked for sauce.
