“It has been 9 years since we've been back to San Marcos, and was hoping Lucy's food truck was still there by the river. SO happy it was, and her food was just as great or even better, since it had been so long. Wish we could get her to move to Florida. Lol. “The guy was very nice and helped me figure out what I wanted to order. He also offered to walk the to go order to my car so I could sit in the a/c. The quesabirria tacos were amazing, my favorite in San Marcos. My friend says the chicken street tacos were very tasty. Definitely my new go to place for tacos. Also if you want to eat there, there are picnic tables to sit at. Very chill and fast place“

Came by after some time, to the new spot, loved everything!!!!Update: They have updated their info, all that is left is, go by, pick up great food and enjoy! Happy eating.Coming from San Antonio to San Marcos and this is our 3rd year here, so glad we found this taco truck, the food is so good and the staff is so nice. They even come to your car so no getting out in the cold. Definitely recommend anyone to try this truck out. We got the Burrito ?, quesadilla and some tacos ALL 5 STARS and the green chili is so good NICE AND SPICY!!!!“
“My wife and I went for breakfast today for the 2nd time...well...kinda. The 1st time was a while back, and we stood around for a while with no one ever adressing/serving us. I got frustrated and left. I'm not holding this against them since reading some previous reviews, and they seem to have corrected this issue.Today, we ordered breakfast tacos and a breakfast kolache. The employee heated up the kolache for us immediately, and it was very good. The tacos took a little while, but they were extremely fresh and delicious. I have no issue waiting for quality food. The tacos were a little "over full." I would have rathered they be more manageable with slightly less filling....for young college students I'm sure they are just the right size ?. Despite my minor criticism, I am still giving 5 stars because I appreciated the quality of the food, and the employee was very friendly.“
“Adam catered a small family gathering for me in early June. His prices are so reasonable and delivery was free, and the quality of the BBQ and sides was outstanding!. The brisket was delicious and moist; there was just a little left and everyone was fighting over it! I definitely recommend Chunk Deuce Catering for your BBQ needs in the San Marcos area.“
“Love love this place ! Me and my husband love seafood and the owner of the truck was amazing! He definitely knows how to persuade one into trying more of their food! Seafood was absolutely delicious and don’t even get me started on the deviled eggs! They are life changing! 12/10 would go back anytime“
