“Today I accidentally placed an order in Buda!!! While I was in San Marcos, I didn’t realize it until I was at Starbucks in San Marcos and my order was not there. Luna( who was in drive thru) made sure I was not charged for another triple espresso since I had already paid for it. I would just like the management to know that I appreciate Luna for fixing MY mistake without hesitation or frustration. Thank you Luna I will continue to visit this location because of workers like Luna.“

“I love my Starbucks in Bastrop. The staff are super friendly. They work very expeditiously to get your drinks quickly and correctly. The menu is fantastic, always a variety and always fresh. The restaurant lobby is always very clean and neat and always smells amazing. They have a lovely assortment of purchasable items and coffees. The only thing I'd love to see in this establishment or any other Starbucks, is the recycling of the coffee offered to customers. I went to the Starbucks in San Juan Puerto Rico ?? and they had recycled coffee in packages for free for the customers that would like to have it. The coffee is great for the garden. Food for thought. Keep up the great work Bastrop Starbucks!!!!!!!“
“Came in for first PSL of the season, and being lactose intolerant I need the soy. After I got done dressing it, the barista let me know that she was remaking it because she was only 99% sure that she used soy. She owned it and made it right. There have been countless times at coffee shops including other Starbucks that have not honored my soy request and I usually don't realize it for an hour and it pretty much crippled me the rest of the day. Thank you so much Becca! Great start to the weekend.“

“Whom ever made my Medicine Ball tea is Top Tier! I wanted to spruce up the drink and the barista suggested to add peach juice instead of lemonade…OMG this is next level and my new favorite drink!!!
