“We did takeout for dinner here a few days ago and ordered two bowls. I had the bowl with steak, black beans, Spanish rice, guacamole, pico de gallo, lettuce and tomatoes. Hubby had the bowl with the pork, cilantro rice, black beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, potatoes, and tomatoes. We received sides of creamy jalapeño, sour cream and Ranch dressing. Both of the bowls were excellent tasting. Great food, great customer service, and great prices. “Thoroughly enjoyed our food and the margaritas. In the heart of the market square. We opted for first available table so we were inside. Outside tables are a wait but you do get the hustle and bustle atmosphere to watch as well. Food was great and lots to choose from. Can’t comment on authenticity as we’re from the UK and to us was so much better than Mexican restaurants served at home!“

“This restaurant is five out of five. La Pollo with the onions and the spicy sausage was amazing. Queso panela was amazing. You also must try the margaritas they were very tasty. “I had family visiting and we decided to take them to Grumpy's for breakfast on Sunday. The wait for a table was about a half hour, but it was definitely worth it. I had two breakfast tacos and they were huge (and very affordable). Each of us thought the food was great and service was excellent.“

“Hidden gem on the north side of town! May very well be the best tacos I’ve had in town. Had the mini taco plate with a combination of tacos - Pastor, Asada, Chicken, and Chorizo. “I visited for the first time last Sunday and took my son and granddaughter. I had birria tacos, my son had street tacos and my granddaughter had bean and cheese tacos. The food was authentic in preparation and presentation. The interior decor is what you’d see in an authentic Mexican restaurant serving on clay pottery. I recommend you give it a try. “Really can't beat this place, especially this location! The new appetizer plate (mix of panchos, quesadilla, and flautas) is spot on! That and super steak burrito are my favorite dishes now. I get the steak burrito with boom boom sauce (awesome upgrade in my opinion). Top that with a kings punch and some churro bites you got a feast for 2 easy!“
