“We have visited the Tortilleria On multiple occasions, giving them chances after chances, and it just keeps being an epic FAIL. Our orders are never made correctly and when you tell them anything they have an attitude problem. Let me correct that they have a attitude as soon as you walk on the door they are not friendly at all(most of our interactions have been with the young girl at the front). We ordered food today. And of course we had a plate missing when my husband came home with the bag. And then we proceed to open the food that we did have to check and make sure that the orders were correct and on my son's torta only had beans and cheese when it was supposed to include some meat. My husband went back up there and the girl was rude and rolled her eyes. There was even another customer up there with their incorrect order. Disappointing.“

I don't eat meat so when I requested veggie fajitas, they went above and beyond to add mushrooms, zucchini, carrots and spinach which I so appreciated. “I liked the food. The one thing I did not like was the "non cash" charge they charged me for paying with a debit/card (my order over 40.00). I wish they would have told me prior to me paying. Other than that, the food is good. I went there for lunch with my wife.“

Also the enchiladas were disgusting and the cheese sauce on top was chunky and tasted spoiled. The woman that helped me was extremely rude when I asked about the pricing bc I didn’t get a receipt. I simply asked what the prices were because was buying for multiple people. She then proceeded to lecture me on “have you not been to grocery store everything has increased” yes I know that pricing has gone up. However; when I see a price at grocery store I then am charged that amount when I pay not a different amount that is DOUBLE THE PRICE. I don’t mind paying for good service and good food. Service was terrible and food was gross! Would not recommend nor ever return. Gross gross gross“
