“I've been a regular at JC since grand opening and I consistently order the Galbi to go. Abundant meat for the price, the quality also shows in the taste. The right amount of char, flavor, and fat, it is some of the best galbi you can get in the area. Sode dishes are nothing crazy- a small portion of rice topped with fried egg and two gyozas. (Would prefer to have kimchi or other pickled vegetables to cut through richness of protein as opposed to more fat). Service is both kind and incredibly quick- never exceeds 10 minutes to prepare.“

“Ordered the Tonkatsu spicy ramen, shio ramen, washabi fries, spicy chicken, and white grape sake. Total was about $60. So the price was reasonable for a large amount of food—two apps & two entrees with a bottle of sake. The spicy ramen is not served spicy, you add the spice yourself once served by adding the provided red paste.The service was friendly and soooo quick. The food was all out within 10 minutes. It was served very hot.The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and cutely decorated.“

“We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. The restaurant was very clean, ans it was cool to see so many different staff members all working together to make sure all of the tables were taken care of. The service was excellent and the food was wonderful. We will absolutely be back often.“

“We had 3 different ramen bowls and K-style fries. The fries were definitely the star of the meal! We added pork to the fries which added $4 but it was worth it because there were many good sized delicious chunks! You order everything on your phone and pay before and tip before so hopefully you get good service, which we did. The one lady that was there kept checking on us even when it got busy.“

“I ordered two bowls of ramen yesterday for lunch via DoorDash. I actually had heard of this place but didn’t bother to really check it out since I feel like there are so many ramen places that are competitors that offer the same things. So basically I almost overlooked this spot but decided to go for it on a whim since I was curious. I was pleasantly surprised since I opted for the create your own ramen and just that was awesome - the ability to create your own ramen AND they offer *chicken miso*. I think I’m a fan now since I honestly don’t like pork or pork-based anything so I usually avoid ramen. But I think the chicken miso is something I will come back for! I only took off one star since I felt the broth was a bit too salty (kept having to drink a lot of water) so please consider a low sodium option.“

“Hands down the best and the most affordable ramen place.We frequent the one in Addison, but they have outlets across dallas.Food standards here are AMAZING.Love their Yakisoba noodles and Veg/Vegan Miso Broth Ramen.They have a good deal of options for Veg/Vegan folks out here.Portion sizes are PRETTY BIG - brace for impact and go hungry!“

“We went here with a couple of coworkers, and we very much enjoyed it. They have a weekday special which allows you to taste a few options at reasonable prices. I had the Beef Ramen and it was very tasty and sufficient for a one person. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Would definitively come back.“

“Great spot to grab a bowl of ramen in the north DFW area. We came in very late (25 min before close) and the staff were happy to walk us through the menu to place to-go orders. I've always had issues in the past ordering ramen to-go from other spots. Sometimes the broth is cold or it's packed in a way that leaks. THIS PLACE PACKAGES RAMEN IN THE BEST WAY! The bowl is large enough to enjoy your ramen without the mess/spillage. We had to drive 15 min to get home and everything was still warm! Not to mention, the order took 6 min to pack... not kidding. Would love to go back to eat in the restaurant and enjoy the ambiance!“

“Servers were attentive and I liked the atmosphere. It’s in a great location but the food was underwhelming. I like that they had a bunch of vegan options, the crispy vegan gyoza was delicious; however, the spicy vegan ramen I had lacked flavor. The tofu tasted like it was added at the end bc it tasted very plain.The broth wasn’t really spicy, I wish it was more flavorful. I’ve had great vegan options at other restaurants but this one disappointed ☹️ my bf got a chicken one, he said he liked his ??‍♀️“

“This place had the best ramen I've ever had. Truly amazing. The place was so cozy and intimate as well. Perfect for a day time date. My only problem was the service. Our waitress seem like she didn't understand the menu. It was our first time so we had a lot of questions and it seems like she never had japanese food ever lol. She also forgot 2 things that we ordered our drink and a skewer was missing but the cook that brought out our food made sure our ticket was right! Also she told me they were out of eel which was a bummer cause thats what i really wanted. The two waitress that was there just seemed like they were bored. They barely checked up on us. Thank God for the cooks they gave us better service haha. Other than that everything was great. Next time I'll sit by the kitchen maybe I'll get a better experience because we would love to come back!“

“Delicious “fireside cooking” or Robatayaki in which items of food on skewers are slow-grilled over hot charcoal. Liver, hart, tongue etc. the fresh items, Sashimi and Sushi are excellent as well. Wonderful services from owner and her staff. Sushi chef’s are excellent prepared sushi at the bar. Love cozy atmosphere as well.“
