“My hubby and I went to eat tonight and we had the best experience. Our cook Evan was the best ever. Best ever show we have seen. Our waiter Jack was very nice and kept our drinks full and was very attentive. Five Stars, Two thumbs up, loved the whole experience and atmosphere.”
“The presentation was stellar. The food and service were perfect. Scallops are the hardest to get right but they did an amazing job. The olive tapenade before the meal is worth the price of the meal! Subdued atmosphere is great for date!”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Plaid Rabbit = Adventure Food + Cocktails First off my husband wanted me to write an 11 star review 🤩 A little over the top review for a destination worth writing about. We cracked the password, found the hidden entrance, and stepped into speakeasy heaven. Ethan and Bri were fantastic guides (servers), the Tyler award-winning Old Fashioned was flawless, and the Velvet Skyline (sounds odd, tastes incredible) is a must-try. We shared the Stone Fire Duck Flatbread (best flatbread ever—yes, even with duck!) and The Gatsby Burger, which lived up to its name, juiciest burger and the smell was heavenly (wish this review was a scratch and sniff). Great food, fresh ingredients, amazing cocktails, and the thrill of sneaking into a secret bar—what more do you need? We’ll definitely be back for many more visits.”
“As you enter, you are promptly greeted. We had a reservation, which due to traffic we were a little late. That being said we were seated immediately. Indoors every table has a view of the kitchen. The wait staff was extremely knowledgeable, and were able to answer any questions about the menu. I had the Crab cake Hush Puppies to start. Nice large hunks of lump crab in a moist, and fried to perfection batter. Accompanied with a slightly spicy remoulade. For my entree I went with a Blue crab Claw Ravioli. The balance of this dish I cannot even put into words. Talking with Chef Lance after the meal, and observing him at work. You can see and feel his passion for his chosen art. Just when you think your experience can't get any better, a walk to the back of the restaurant. A doorway marked "janitors closet" hides a secret entrance to the Speakeasy. I highly recommend a visit, should you find yourself anywhere near Tyler Texas!!”

“Travis J was great! Even though the restaurant was very busy he got our drinks, bread and food out quick and he was very friendly.”
“The food was amazing and the service was fantastic! Big thank you to our server, Asafe, for making our dining experience at 111 Palms extra special!! We will definitely be back!”

“Jumpshot is my favorite coffee shop in town!! I love all the unique house drinks that they offer!! They are always so kind and very quick!! My favorite drink i’ve had from there has to be the carrot cake latte they had for May as one of the drinks of the month!!! It was truly so good, and don’t even get me started on the banana bread latte🤤 DELICIOUS!! I totally recommend if you’re in the mood for a delicious coffee!!!”
“Food and service was a home run! We got the extra hot potatoes, corn, boiled eggs, snow crab and shrimp. They know how to make great sweet tea too!”

“Thank you so much for the delicious food you prepared for my sister's surprise 50th birthday party. I picked it up yesterday and took it to Kilgore. It was a huge hit and tons of people who didn't know about your restaurant know now and hopefully will come enjoy your delicious food again. I appreciate you!”
“We could not have selected a better venue than The Potpourri House for our annual women's health luncheon. The Potpourri team provided excellent assistance, attention to detail, and true support of our mission from start to finish. And, as always, absolutely delicious food. We look forward to planning future events with this treasured Tyler landmark! - Jennifer Selman, Executive Director”

“Hosted our Staff Appreciation Dinner here tonight and I would recommend having your event here 1000%. From the start Lisa was very professional and helpful with planning our event. When I got there early before our guests arrived, our two servers (I apologize I don’t remember their names I wish I did because they deserve a shoutout) were already on the ball to make sure our evening was enjoyable. Everyone arrived, we ordered, they brought our food, food was amazing and they did not let anyone’s drinks get low. The servers worked VERY hard and did an exceptional job!! I can not say enough about how wonderful it went from beginning to end. 28 of us with no hiccups..Thank you for making our evening special!”
“We had a great experience at the Diner in Tyler. It was our first time there and we will be back. Melissa was amazing and attentive but not too much so. She really did a great job of reading the room and understanding when to approach us. The water was outstanding and with that you know the food will be quality. The coffee was excellent and the portions were great plenty to take home. Prices were lower than expected which was a bonus! Thanks for excellent service and great first experience. We will be back and we will be bringing more people 😊”
“We decided to have our Family Reunion Lunch at Roma Italian Kitchen & Bar in Tyler, and we could not have made a better choice! By far, Roma, and all of their staff, exceeded our expectations. We had 57 hungry diners and, with 2 servers, we never had to wait for prompt service and attention. Joey and Launa always seemed to be there when we needed them. They were very polite, attentive, and accurate in their execution of our food and drinks. The appetizers, entrees, and, deserts all tasted wonderful and fresh. This is the best Italian restaurant in the Tyler and surrounding area! Huge shout out to Joey and Launa, along with the Restaurant Owner, Zee, who made sure our entire group was well-cared for and satisfied. We 100% recommend Roma Italian Kitchen & Bar as your #1 choice for Italian dining in Tyler! Thank you all for taking such good care of us!”
“Steak, sides, drinks, and bread were exceptional! Service was very good, but we had to wait 10+ minutes for hostess and another 10+ for waiter. We loved the private table for 2 in the little side coves. I highly recommend requesting that if available. Groups at 2 large tables were extremely loud was a downside.”
“We had pizza here for the first time today and it won’t be the last. It was the best I’ve had in a very long time. Highly recommend.”

“Amber and Alexis was very kind. We left another Whataburger because of rude customer service and we were so happy to get to have these 2 serve us! They were very cheerful and respectful. Will definitely be back to this one! I hope they get the recognition they deserve. I didn’t get a survey for my receipt for this Whataburger but I think they deserve a good review! Thank y’all for making our night better and serving us some fresh food EXACTLY the way we ordered it. They are awesome!”
“I went with my friend at about 3am, and since my battery was nearly out (2%), I asked if we could be sat next to an outlet. The waiter (Marc) said that they didn’t have any outlets, but that he had a portable charger I could use.
He was super attentive, bantered with us, and even brought me extra ice cream when they forgot the first time. Super funny guy, really amazing at his job.”
“Whataburger Gresham. Great Food, Friendly People.. Holidays, Nights, anytime they are always Open, after school, Lunch anytime or early before work, running around town. or Road trip. Make it a must stop. Big Smiles and delicious food. Thank You Whataburger Gresham Tyler WhataburgerSuperFriendly #”

“Visited for my first time on Saturday with daughter & granddaughter. We were treated to complimentary beignets which were melt in your mouth delicious. Their GF menu is extensive & impressive as well. I had shrimp and grits…so tasty! Granddaughter enjoyed chicken and waffles. Our drinks were perfect! Mimosas & Bloody Mary with the perfect amount of spice. Our waiter, “Lurch” was knowledgeable & insisted on “carding” me which automatically bumped up his tip. Overall, great experience and we’ve already made plans to return. Recommend 10/10.”
“This was our first time going here. We had heard good things about it. We had the boudin burger and I have to say it was yummy! Slightly spicy , great taste. Also had sweet potatoes fries. The y were good a bit over cooked but still good! A nice change from the average burger places. We will definitely go back. Price wise, not bad, 3 burgers and 2 fries about $44 dollar's. I guess waits can be long if they are busy, but I believe you can call in order and pick up if you don't want to sit in your car and wait. Definitely worth a try!!”
“This is by far the best sushi we have ever had, we will definitely be going back.”

“Just tried some of the macarons this morning- picked it up at nobilitea since I work during store hours 😭 OMG I’m sad I’ve went this long without trying them. So delicious and beautifully made! Love that I was able to buy them through nobilitea, but will eventually take a day off work just to visit the bakery.”
“My wife and I dropped in to The Catch for a little dinner, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We found the food to be quite good...delicious, in fact, and not over-priced, and a most relaxed atmosphere. It was refreshing to be "laid back" and not at all "stuffy". They had an employee named Megan that was delightful...very personable and made our visit to The Catch so enjoyable that it will not be "one and done"; we will be back!”
“Very good food and service! I ordered the "lunch special" with pork chops, mashed potatoes, and green beans. The chops were nice and juicy, with brown gravy. If I would have known how big they were, I would have ordered the "senior"pork chop, which came with only 1 chop. I couldnt finish it all. The potatoes were instant, but very well seasoned. The only thing that kept me from giving the food 5 stars, was the green beans were still a little crunchy. My wife ordered the senior CFS; It was large enough that she could only eat half. It was a frozen, pretty breaded patty, but very tasty. The cream gravy was from a mix, but tasted like Pioneer mix, which I think is the best mix out there. We will return next time we are in Tyler, as I want to sample the Mexican menu.”
“Best of the best! Great food and bakery items! Make a trip and take home a sack full of pan (Mexican sweets)! Stop in for a breakfast taco on fresh tortillas! Yummy 😋 Sorry I ate the taco before the pic! Lol 😂 Make sure to say hi to the owner Nacho too! He is awesome!”
“I’ve honestly been nervous to try this place considering my tall country ass ain’t accustomed to this style, especially compared to my usual taco or burger places, but I’m so glad I tried it. Been meaning to eat “healthier “ but it’s hard to pass up a good taco. Then my friend that works here” gently nudged” me to try it. I have now been coming here bout once every other week and I haven’t found anything I really disliked. The pitas are like the ultimate fluffy tacos, veggies always looked and tasted fresh and probably cleaned, and I’ll be dadgumed if I ain’t addicted to their lame here. Atmosphere is still little iffy for me but I just put on my headphones and jam out while I pig out. Eating here is definitely worth the trip despite the second hand embarrassment of me trying to pronounce some of their items.”
“Passing through Tyler Texas, 3 of us ate here and rate this a 12! Service great, staff professional, warm, friendly, food was absolutely wonderful. We were sang to by a very sweet man! This was the best experience, relaxing, good food, good service, peaceful atmosphere. Would absolutely stop by again!”
“We really love Andy’s. We like the fact they launched an app to track rewards. We can also upload cash to the app and pay with the app. This comes in handy if we have been walking the trails and want a quick treat and we don’t have our wallets. However, not all employees are trained on how to take payment from the app. On numerous occasions we have been told “I don’t know how to do that”. Tonight we were actually told “you can’t use the app to pay”. When I questioned further she said “I don’t know how to do it, so you can’t use it”. Why couldn’t she go ask someone how to do it?”
“Took my father and enjoyed a Prosciutto and Fig pizza! He has the Pear Salad and a glass of wine. Delicious! Chris did a great job serving us with a great balance of engagement and professionalism.”
“Best hibachi ever. Great food great service and wonderful atmosphere”

“spotted them at a pop up at the old Shoguns. they had an amazing deal for their cute pouch energy drinks . friendly and great customer service!”
“Young man serving beans and ice cream had his bare hands in trash can, running hands through his hair and cut his finger on ice cream bucket. Never once did I see him wash his hands. He went from pushing trash down to serving food. Combing his hair with hands then scooping ice cream. Come on, man!”
“How convenient is it to be able to quickly drive through and get A COOKIE when you need it??? Love this new location for them. The cookies are amazing and the employees are always helpful & cheerful. And since there's a new Cookie of the Month every month, how can you not do a quick drive-by to get it?”
“I was first introduced to this lovely bakery by one of my mom’s dear friends. After Mom spent two months in the hospital, her friend brought us dinner to celebrate her homecoming. When she learned I was gluten-free, she returned the next day with a pumpkin spice cupcake and a blueberry muffin from Joyfull Bites. I devoured the cupcake in minutes and the muffin didn’t last much longer the next day! Today (Saturday), I finally visited the bakery myself and came home with lunch for Mom and me, plus a few extra treats. Everything was absolutely wonderful, and the owner is such a kind and beautiful soul. I even picked up two extra goodies to share with fellow gluten-free friends…got to spread the love! I’m not a local, as I’m here caring for my elderly parents, but Joyfull Bites will definitely be a regular stop whenever I’m in town. Thank you for bringing such a wonderful bakery to Tyler!”
“after moving here from California 6 years ago it's been very difficult to find a restaurant that serves a good menudo. I've tried many many places. yesterday my husband picked up my menudo order from El Jilo, brought it home, and I finally found it. you make the best menudo. so flavorful and full of tripe, just delicious. in addition, fresh homemade corn tortillas. you can't beat it. will be coming back for sure.”
“Best music 🎶 honestly best staff Kiera was bomb and sweet as pie 🥧! We will be back , we drive all the way from Payne springs ! Aka Malakoff area . Over an hr away”
“The authentic food was delicious, and the service was Excellent!!!”
“All of it. The service, decor, the ambiance, the noise level, and I haven’t even gotten to the amazing food. It’s a great place to celebrate.”
“Nice enough but not much personality or vibe. The wine was chilled but not really cold enough. Staff were sitting around and not really focused on customer service. The minimum level of service.”
“Great club!! It's perfect to celebrate a birthday or bachelor/Bachelorette party. I actually catered a birthday party here (see pics). The building is huge, it's clean, staff is very friendly, nice pool tables and great DJ!!”
“I came to Tyler to visit my father in the hospital, and was so well taken care of by my new friends at Hilton Garden Inn, especially Janna — also known as J. My trip was a roller coaster ride of four days here, no five, no seven, no eight. Janna took care of me through it all — listening to my belly-aching, keying and re-keying my keys, recommending places to eat, and expressing condolences when things at the hospital weren’t going well. (I will always be so grateful she showed me the laundry room and made change for me, because who carries three dollars in quarters?) I don’t feel like I stayed at a hotel — I feel like I stayed with a friend. Thank You, Janna and thank you, Hilton Garden Inn Tyler!”
“The experience was phenomenal. The food was amazing. I had never eaten at a hibachi lounge that such amazing food! I will definitely be going back and very soon best hibachi experience I've had.”
“My husband and I went to Chilis in Tyler a few days ago. Our server, Macy, was FABULOUS! She was attentive and responded well to any questions we had. Our only complaint was the chips. They have changed the chips, and they are awful! We definitely will go back, and hope to have Macy again. We won't be ordering the chips but the rest of the food is always good.
Keep Macy and bring back the old chips!”
“Always greeted with a smile. Addie is my favorite post and the smoothies make me feel healthy and full all morning.”
“The food is AMAZING. I didn't go into the establishment. I ordered it through Doordash. I made the mistake of eating the NOCAL burrito in one sitting. Bad move. It's A LOT of food. It's delicious, humongous proportions.”
“Plenty of entertainment for the kids but bathrooms were disgusting...it wasn't busy enough for the conditions definitely a dirty place plus the employees don't show any excitement when announcing not the birthday kid but Chuckycheese himself”
“What a great place to sit and relax! Great outdoor space with live music! Cocktails & food....great service. Everyone was so nice! I couldn't understand why it wasn't packed, but everyone who was there knew it was special. Can't wait to go back.”
“Dinner fajitas with all the trimmings plus movie theater popcorn to complete our “stay at home” movie night! Yumm #supportyourlocalrestaurants”
“First time SaltGrass diner. Sat at the bar. Tyler welcomed us with a smile.. Very professional, very proficient, making sure we were taken care of!! YES!! I’ll be back!!”

“Just completed our first visit to China King Chinese Buffet in Tyler, Texas. We found nothing worthy of lowering the rating except we arrived on a Sunday afternoon along with many others. The atmosphere was like a carnival with so many families and children running around. Had we chosen a different time, I'm certain the atmosphere would have been more to our liking. Food was delicious and service was impeccable. We plan to make this our #1 choice for Chinese food.”

“I went here over the summer when I was on vacation. Crystal was by far my favorite entertainer. I loved the way she teased me into getting a dance from her, and she was so hilarious too. She came all the way from dallas to work and is a very rare kind of entertainer to find in this industry, especially nowadays. She's definitely an entertainer worth keeping and I hope to see her again the next time I visit”

“First time eating at Canes. Food is pretty good. Chicken fresh and moist. Sauce is great. Service was good. Would eat here again. Only things is while most tables were empty, I could only find one clean one and the music is far too loud. Couldn’t even have conversation due to the volume.”

“We were visiting Tyler and staying at a Hotel. Wanted mexican food for dinner to take back to the hotel. Mercado's did a wonderful job. Ordered nachos and margaritas to go.
