“Great family dinner spot. The food was fresh and hot. We got the ground beef chalupas and tacos al carbón, both Were tasty and fresh and tasty. Definitely a better trucker friendly stop. There is a truck stop right next door with a ton of parking.Parking: Truck parking in the back of restaurant entrance at the truck stop off the street NOT highway. No northbound entrance at the time of visit. Had to go south to hit a U turn“

“Don’t be fooled by the outside (or the inside) when you walk in… This was a fantastic seafood meal. I have to admit, I almost thought about walking out when I was first seated because it didn’t look like much of anything on the inside, including no bar area: traveling alone on business, I usually just cozy up to a bar in a corner and enjoy a beer or two and watch whatever ballgame might be on TV while I have my meal. in this case, I was seated at a booth adjoining another booth of three older, very loud patrons that kept me from having a peaceful meal. There were two TVs in opposite corners of the dining area, and I couldn’t hear or really see either one of them well. The dining area was rather cavernous, and all seating for this Thursday evening was limited to the middle part of the restaurant.Service was quick, and I really wanted a beer, but there were no draft options (and no craft options, just the usual domestic caps), so I settled for a water. When the server came back, I asked about the seafood Po’boy, and she told me that she’d never seen anyone actually order one. I asked her what people usually get, and she mentioned a few of the combo plates, but I really didn’t want a fried fish unless I could have it in a sandwich… so I ordered the blackened red snapper with shrimp étouffée, with a baked potato and grilled veggies on the side, and a side of coleslaw.It may have been one of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had, the étouffée was perfect. Even the baked potato, just with butter and sour cream, was perfectly cooked, very soft. The coleslaw was also outstanding. It was all a very generous portion, well worth a $20.99 price.Based on the food alone, I would definitely come back to this place. It was recommended by my hotel, and worth the 10-minute drive to get there.“

“This was my first visit to the Cracked Crab and I could not have had a better experience. The atmosphere was fun & charming & very clean. The staff were professional & friendly & gave excellent service. All this was beyond the great food we were served. “We started with the noodle fried shrimp appetizer. It's basically ramen wrapped around straightened shrimp that's fried until it's light and crispy. They were so good we devoured them before I could snap a pic. Served with sweet Thai chili sauce. The main event was the shrimp platter that was excellent. Panko crusted, grilled, and chicken fried shrimp. Excellent!“

“Really good food, I have always enjoyed the fried rice, catfish and or fried shrimp.Tonight I had the Pho with chicken. It was really good, I am really picky about my Pho and this was good. The broth is beef but it seemed to go with the chicken.I will be back for more! They are a on the pricey side but who isn’t these days“

“New to Victoria and we wanted to try this place, at first it didn't seem like a good place to eat, but we ordered anyway, turned out to be a great place to eat, the food was amazingly great and the waiter was very attentive to our needs, the cashier not so much she was kinda rude not patient as it was our first time there we didn't know the process, but all in all we had a great dinner and definitely recommend this place.“

“Food is great, everything was great, only thing lacking is costumer service. Most waiters and waitresses are good, but sometimes, a few times, they've gotten lost in their phones, or forget about the costumer when they get to talking amongst themselves. Other than that, decent place.“

“We we hesitant to come after ready so many reviews of rude service. However we are newer to town and were told their steaks were some of the best around. We sat inside and the bartender was our waiter. He made a drink suggestion for my husband which was delicious and the food was excellent. We met the owner (I believe) he stopped by and asked how everything was. The food is delicious and our service was perfectly fine. I got oysters in the half shell and my husband got a ribeye and street corn and said his steak was full of flavor and cooked correctly for a medium rare. The atmosphere inside is pretty calm and dim lit. Their outside area is very inviting and the downtown location is pretty hopping as well“

“First off I'm leaving this review because I usually do not have high hopes or expectations for restaurants in Victoria tx because of proven experience time after time at them....however let me just say that my mother and I went the other day to this particular Long John's Silvers restaurant and I have to say I was very impressed to say the least...the order was spot on...the fish and shrimp were cooked to perfection and came to our table by such a nice employee(same one who took our order) and was steaming hot! Keep up the good work there ya'll! Kudos for such a great dining experience!“

“This place is so new and staff still in training so we'll give them a bit of a break here. There just isnt a good flow yet that you see with seasoned staff...that will come im sure.The food was very good though one steak was overcooked. The seasoning, in my opinion, is a bit heavy handed and quite salty. Almost like a blackened steak. I'm sure I could ask for light seasoning and be perfectly happy. Stuffed mushroom were wonderful and the sides with the steak very good. Will definitely be returning!“

“I made a recent visit and I was amazed with my service!! Julianne was extremely attentive and welcoming!! I was unsure what I wanted off the menu but Julianne was very understanding and made some great suggestions her advice led me to one of the greatest meals I’ve had and the service she provided was 10/10! she was prompt, courteous, and friendly thanks to her id definitely be making red lobster my to go place!!
