“We love Schlotzsky's! It's one of our go to places when we're craving a sandwich. The food is always good. However, the service can be very hit or miss at this location. The wait is always longer than your average drive through, which is understood. They're assembling and warming deliciousness in there. The issue can be the wait time to even place your order or your wait time at the window after placing the order or on a couple of occasions finding that they've closed before closing time. Sometimes you get very attentive and friendly people and sometimes you get people who make it obvious that they don't want to be there. It varies from visit to visit. We continue to go because the quality always meets expectations and sometimes you just crave it!Dietary restrictions: They offer a gluten free bun and seem to take care with my order preparation. My sandwich is often even packed separately from the others.“

“It was a pretty nice spot to meet up with friends, chat, and have a drink. I would recommend trying the different bruschettas, those were great, my favorite was the one with brussel sprouts. Also the prices were very good, so if you're on a tighter budget, it might be a good spot to try out.“

“Came to mi cocina for a girls night and let me tell you if you're visiting the DFW area, this place is a must !!! We sat at the bar with Hector and he provided great customer service and the handmade margaritas were on point. Will definitely come again and I suggest sitting at the bar with hector for good food, drinks and a great time.“

We have a lot of leftovers that will last us a while(we had some no-shows). The staff was very professional and left our kitchen as clean as it was when they showed up. Their family meals have been a lifesaver for our family of four (with two kiddos under the age of three).It feels like we have our own private chef making creative, balanced, delicious meals for us! “Ok, so we went to grab breakfast before a flight out of Dallas-Fort Worth, and the place was packed. We didn't want to risk the time factor with the airlines, so we took breakfast burritos to go... they were pretty awesome, to be honest. Stuffed and full of flavor! The chorizo and juevos was great and I also enjoyed the chicharrones and juevos. Hot sauce had a kick, not too spicy; but a nice linger. Would've liked to have had a proper breakfast there; but maybe next time. Recommended.“

“Man this location is a classic Schlotsky's. Unlike in Austin and San Antonio where many of the shops are connected to a gas station or modernized to the point of being an alternate self, if this makes since, this location is unchanged. “We hired Tastefully Yours to cater our wedding in September 2022 and had a great experience! Several members of our family have Celiac Disease and TF was able to go above and beyond and ensure that every item was gluten free. The food was absolutely top notch. Many of our guests told us this was the best wedding food they had ever had - the herb crusted beef tenderloin on risotto cake and the prosciutto wrapped figs stuffed with brie were some highlights.
