The best BBQ restaurant in town. They also have porkchops and stakes that are very good. Would recommend to visit if your in town“

“We recently booked the private room for an event. Heim was so incredibly accommodating to our every need. the service was excellent, the food was excellent. Kimberly was our contact person and she was so kind to answer every question and offer any assistance I needed .This will be our go-to for event catering from now on.“

“The employee was very helpful with suggesting options for my granddaughter and myself. She is a picky eater but she really liked the sliced barbecue and French fries! She said when we left, I will go back and eat there again, it was very good! Brisket was very tender and bread was very soft. Very positive experience, thank you for being extremely courteous and helpful when we were trying to make our choices.“

“The food at True Texas is consistently top-quality and portions are very generous. The Burnt Ends are OBSCENELY delicious. I will be getting these regularly. I have also had the El Jefe Sandwich; which is an absolutely wonderful force to be reckoned with :-)“

“I ordered Brisket, potato salad , coleslaw, beans and peach and blackberry cobblers for our Labor Day weekend barn dance. We had around 40 ish people and they absolutely loved everything ! The brisket was so tender you could cut it with a plastic fork. The sides were excellent and the cobblers so awesome we ran out early. Thank you so much . You made our day special.“
