“I don’t know who was answering the phones back on Wednesday February 7 2024 but they were an angel. I’ve been going through several medical complications with my family and just wanted something that reminded me of better times. To just be in a happy spot for a little while. Every once in a long while we’d go to IHop and get their delicious coffee and out of this world pancake tooty-fruity fresh and fruity breakfast; I always enjoyed our times at this IHOP. He was so patient and made sure I ended up getting the tooty-fruity via doorDash even though I couldn’t find it on the doorDash menu. He went above and beyond. “Great as always...but I have to specifically mention how awesome Nicolas was. Of course, every server we've had has been awesome, but Nicolas set himself on a higher level by his outgoing personality and professionalism. But it was athletic basketball abilities that really wowed the crowd. Yes, I said athletic abilities...So one of the many many kids that were "electronically entertained" (I'm not exaggerating...EVERY kid in that place had a phone or tablet captivating their robotic attention)...one of those kids wasn't paying attention and knocked over a syrup bottle. Nicolas caught that out of the corner of his eye, lept over to that table and snatched it just before hitting the ground and making a massive mess. He did this amazing rolling recovery off the floor, popped up and calmly placed it back on the table like nothing even happened!!!! Funny thing was, all of us that were there, saw it and were amazed..extept for one person...you guess who it was? Yep, the kid memorized by his electronic babysitter!! So sad. I digress. If the Waffle House’s in the area are fully open then the disaster isn’t that bad, if they are closed then it’s apocalyptic. The waffles are good, better be at a place called Waffle House. “I love this donut shop..We always go there Today I ordered 3 large Kolache's 1 cream cheese danish ...I went to drive thru ... Paid $12 and some change Got home only 2 large Kolache and my cream cheese danish .. So I went back and told the lady she only gave me 2...She started arguing with me saying she gave me 3 ..She gave me a closed bag when I got home bag was still closed .... She was arguing with me in front of other customers ..It was embarrassing .. She was determined to convince me I was a liar .. I go there ALL the time and always got what I ordered ..When I went back it was just to pick up my other Kolache I had paid for . I didn't think a lot about it cause we all make mistakes that was until she wanted to argue .. She was Very rude about it too... I'm the one that should have been upset having to go back !!!!! I talked to the owner he said he would talk to her.. I give 4 stars because they have good Kolache and donuts !!! But that lady !!!!Ugh !!!! Not the younger one ..She is also an owner .. The only down side is the small parking lot - sometimes you have to park in the back and walk quite a way to the front door.
