“First timers here & oh my, delicious food! Great atmosphere. Very attentive staff. Overall such a great experience”
“Wonderfully authentic Italian food. Best in the RGV. Always feel like family. Service good. I've tried, lazagna, steak piccata, Veal parmasan, and more. Everything is so good!”
“Atmosphere looked nice but my order was to go. Food was great! A little pricey but we got what we paid for. Good food, good portions. Even had some left overs..lol”

“We stumbled upon this place through the help of Google Maps and were impressed from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, the staff were friendly and offered exceptional service. Their food menu offered a variety of breakfast and lunch plates - all great food!”
“Milano's is another hidden gem. The wife and I are valley natives and have never been here. We thought we'd give it a shot on date night and ended up having the place all to ourselves. We stopped in on a Friday afternoon around 6:00. Walking in you can tell this restaurant has been around for quite some time but is maintained and kept at its original theme. We were greeted immediately and seated immediately to our preference. We started off with an appetizer which we try not to do but our willpower wasn't doing so great today. They started us off with some fresh bread with the herb herb and garlic oil that is usually served with it. Then we requested the calamari which was well served, well battered, nice and hot. After a careful review of the menu we decided to order something that we were familiar with in order to compare with other locations. My wife ordered the tour of Italy which came with alfredo, chicken parm and lasagna. I ordered the pasta casino. My entree was a pick your own pasta so I picked angel hair and then the rest was whatever the recipe was. It was not bad at all and had great flavor but could have used a little more of the sauce. The wife's tour of Italy was okay as well. She stated the chicken parm cutlet was hot, was fresh and tasted alright. Her Alfredo had good flavor but lacked a little more sauce. The most surprising was the lasagna. The presentation was very disappointing but the flavor was actually very good. Again as I mentioned we were trying to compare the foods that were familiar with with others and the lasagna is a big one because it is usually layered this one wasn't so much. It was surprisingly tasty though. All the food was fresh, portions were so so and entrees took a bit getting out so I'm assuming everything was cooked to order. That's definitely not a bad thing. The service was okay, we didn't get very much attention and occasionally waited to have our drinks refilled. It could have been worse but could have been better because they didn't have much of a crowd. I did enjoy the decor. They have different sections with different Italian themes. This would have been a much better visit had we not been fighting off a fly the entire time. I think I was able to kill it towards the end of our meal. All in all it was an okay visit and the wife and I enjoyed each other's company in the quiet setting with light Italian music playing in the background.”
“Selene at the front register was incredibly enthusiastic and helped us navigate the menu as first-time customers. The four-step process to build your own bowl was simple. They have a good selection of appetizers from which we ordered the chicken bao buns--highly recommend! Our bowls arrived steaming hot and fresh. I ordered the grilled shrimp with steamed rice, mixed veggies, and house teriyaki sauce. Let me tell you, the flavor and tang of the sauce blew me away! I can't wait to return and try their other sauce options. This is a great spot in Weslaco for lunch or dinner if you crave fresh vegetables and a balanced meal!”

“Amazing service at this Olive Garden! Just getting out of the car, Lilly greeted us outside. Once we were seated, Alex offered phenomenal service by immediately asking us what drinks we wanted, and had them out almost immediately. Matthew and Martin also stopped by our table while Alex was busy at the bar. This restaurant showed excellent teamwork. Will definitely be dining here again.”

“I recommend the waitress Monica Barrera at the IHOP in Panorama City Calif as she gives such great and wonderful service. She asks if everything is ok and always comes back to give refills. This is much appreciated. Best wishes from the original Johnny Blaze, and "may the Blaze be with you."”
“We had a large party which was nice and our waiter was polite and responsive. However, the food came out much slower than expected and as all of us (10 ppl) work in food service we all felt it could have been quicker.
The restaurant was clean and welcoming and we would go back”

“We like to order out often to eat at home and usually order the same thing-XL New York pizza and garlic cheese bread. The food is usually good but lately everything has been going up in price. Today I decided to order a Caesar salad on the side for myself and paid for chicken to be added. The cashier at the carry out register asked me and confirmed the salad with chicken so I didn’t think anything of it. After I had some pizza and breadsticks, I opened my salad and saw nothing but cheese and lettuce. There was no chicken in my salad yet I still got charged the extra $1.89. I was really looking forward to having chicken as a protein but now all I have is a bowl of lettuce and cheese. Next time I’ll just buy a salad at the grocery stores and save myself from wasting an extra $6+.”
“My daughter and I tried Mexican Restaurant Doña Paz in Weslaco for the 1st time & it was so good! The fajitas are tender, juicy and full of flavor. The rice was moist and flavorful. The beans are good. The cheese enchiladas are light and cheesy. I can't wait to come back and try other plates. The staff are super nice and friendly.”
“JoJo and Butterfly were awesome!!”
“Let me tell you about this location. I’ve done phone order, online order, and walk in order. Never an issue. Always HOT AND READY! Yes I’ve waited a bit because I show up early for pickup. Trust the process! Thanks guys!”
“Yes the good is delicious but they really need another server. We never got our drinks refilled the server is in such a rush cause she’s taking orders serving and cashiering. It was hard to get her attention to get salsa syrup for our pancakes ect I was hesitant to ask for more water as she seemed to busy.”

“Only sad that corporate uses a silverware package that insults hispanics suggesting they don't know how to use cutlery and then suggesting that we gringos don't understand the concept of eating with a tortilla. It is a cute cutlery wrapper, but it is insulting one way or another all of its clients. Really???? If someone wants to eat their 1/2 chicken, rice beans and grilled onions with a knife and fork, just give it to them and get on with service aka caring for the customers. Cheers great job otherwise!!”
“This place is delicious! The prices are very reasonable, and the service is always friendly, kind, and quick. The food is fresh, and consistently good. This has become one of our favorite spots for breakfast, and my husband especially loves coming here. We always enjoy our experience and would definitely recommend giving this local gem a try!”

“OMG! They had the best ox tail soup I have ever eaten! The meat was cooked to perfection and the broth was amazing. After raving about the soup they gave us a sample of cabrito and mole, we were beyond words. It's a husband-wife team and they can cook and the waitresses are super friendly. You won't be disappointed, it's worth the trip! Enjoy”
“The environment is pretty grim as the owner and employees seem to only be there to do their job and make a buck. Dont expect a jolly welcoming place, but the tortillas are the best corn tortillas that I can find this side of the Rio Grande River here in the valley.”
“Very good prices , y doña Rosa the cocina ella.misma la orden .
Good ,friendly, nice, clean and good prices. I love to go and eat breakfasts on Sunday .home made even the pancakes 🥞 my family love rosys tamales ! But I have a long time without order tamales. I go for the barbacoa and menudo and breakfast ,tortillas y gorditas de chicharrón.
I cannot give a review for the tamales.”
“Wow, we tried this place out of the blue and it was super good!!! Chips and salsa came with the order , the horchata was sooo delicious , the charro beans were good. I got the trompo tacos, and I didn’t like the flavor of those so I won’t get that again, but the bistek tacos were good. My combo came with the potato & it was perfect. I would come here again, and it might be my new taco spot.”

“Tried Sunrise Cafe today and the food was excellent! The cheese enchiladas tasted authentic, the green salsa was delicious, and the chicken fajita taco was very good.
The only disappointment was that alcohol was advertised, but none was available when we visited. Other than that, the food and service made for a great experience.
Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food!”

“I had an amazing experience here, especially thanks to the owner who personally helped me. From the moment I walked in, they were super hospitable and made me feel genuinely welcome. It was actually my birthday, and they went above and beyond to make it special.
The sandwich was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. You can tell they really care about quality and customer experience. The service and attitude were top tier the whole time.
I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!”
“Excellent service. Love the environment”
