“I always get suspicious when I see nothing but 5 star reviews, but after going here it makes perfect sense. The service was lovely, and the restaurant interior is very cute and cozy. The family that operates the business are wonderful people; one of those places you just really want to see thrive. But of course we all care about food, right?I'm happy to report that this was some of the best food I've ever had. I got one of their temporary specials, a crab soup, and my wife got the pork noodles. Both were incredibly flavorful, with a fun and complex blend of tastes, and textures that were flawless. We also tried some of their premium drinks. The mango sugarcane drink was absolutely fantastic, with juicy chunks of pureed mango in a sweet-but-not-too-sweet nectar made from pressed sugarcane. My wife's jackfruit smoothie was complex in flavor and delightful, though both of us agreed the sugarcane was the true star.While the drinks were a little more expensive than what we'll probably want to spend on a regular basis, the entrees were downright affordable, which is awesome because we plan on coming back here many, MANY times.“

“We came here for lunch on a weekday around noon and we basically had the entire place to ourselves. It's located on the north side of Salt Lake City, in the Rose Park-ish area. “Great Pho, totally worth it to get the big one if you're sharing with someone else. I love the brisket and beef one. I also love the cream cheese wontons, they're crispy, well filled and super important: they're not oily. A very minor complaint is that it's very hard to eat food with metal chopsticks, because everything slides off (luckily, they also provide a fork). I had the pork vermicelli, which is my favorite dish at Vietnamese restaurants. This is a bit different than what I've gotten in other places - the pork is a little chewier than the roasted pork I'm used to, but it was still tasty. The vegetables were lovely and delicious - they had spinach leaves instead of shredded lettuce, which is a wonderful substitution. This dish comes with a fried egg roll, which I can't eat, but they were happy to substitute a spring roll at no extra charge.“

Felt guilty because it was so close to closing for them already and a beautiful woman at the door when walking in with a bright smile apologized because dine in was closed and only to go available. That’s all I needed- after working 12 hours myself we all just want to get home. Super friendly service - great prices - better food. Plus I don’t know anywhere you get chili oil to go but I was not just pleased with the food, but they reminded me what a great community we all take part. Pho salt lake. Dinner was great!“

“I went to Red Lotus on 3/30 with a friend of mine and it was a little cloudy so we didn't know if the patio was open. We had two dogs with us so outdoor seating was a must. Luckily, they were and we enjoyed light rain on their patio. The food was amazing and I want to personally call out Genaro, our server. He was amazingly awesome!!! “Came here for lunch during the week and was seated immediately. Open floor plan, but lots of booth seating as well! I ordered the Tempura Veggies, Sunset Roll, and Meatball Pho. The Tempura was a 10/10, lightly battered yet super crunchy and flavorful. The Sunset roll didn't disappoint, and the Pho wasn't too bad. Great place to satisfy your sushi craving if you're in the area!“

“My go to spot for lunch on Tuesday, always start with the fresh springs rolls (no pork). For entree I get the shaking beef, this last time however when I got the shaking beef portion was fairly smaller than the times before…I guess I’ll have to ask for more beef even if I have to pay for it, but overall really really great food!“

I love the taste of everything I've ever ordered but usually end up getting my favorite dishes, all vegetarian with soy 'chicken'. They also offer meat dishes, so any meat eaters can get what they want as well. When I'm buying, everyone eats veggie, but my meat-eating kids don't mind because they love the soy 'meat'!My favorites (all soy chicken) Moo Goo Gai Pan, Mu Shu Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken. Also veggie Won Ton Soup & Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls. My kids also like the Hot & Sour Soup, & the beef & seafood dishes.Vegetarian options: There is a complete separate vegetarian menu as well as a separate meat menu. A lot of variety to choose from.
