“First of all I would like to say the service was very refreshing. I go to many restaurants in St George and never feel as welcome as I did today at j-dawgs. Second had a Polish sausage with sauerkraut and raw onions with special sauce. Incredible every bite made me smile. third, the fries really good. I hope that this place can stay consistent. seems like that is a problem in St George new restaurants come in good at first and then go to hell. I must say the special sauce is incredible. bought a bottle will be going back to buy another tomorrow,along with another dog. I have been waiting for a gourmet hot dog place for a long time. one of the only towns I've ever lived in that never had one. thanks again j-dawgs. this review was done with voice to text. hope it makes sense.”

“Michelle is a supervisor at this location. To say that she’ll go above and beyond is an understatement. There was a mistake that was out of her control at the time but she still took care of me as the consumer. On top of loving their cookies, it helps when there are people like Michelle that look out for the customer and want us to come back. Great customer service!”

“HANDELS IS MY NEW GO-TO!
I’d like to say my experience at Handels started out very disappointing for my first visit. That turned around real quick! After a quick message to the store directly about my concern I was contacted by a phone call within 24 hours from the General Manager, Stephanie AND the Franchise owner, Zach.

I am absolutely taken and so pleased with how this location took my issues and concerns. They talked to me on the phone, texted me and took VERY good care of me for my next couple of visits there. They truly have top tier customer service and care about every single customer that walks in those doors.

Manager Stephanie was so incredible and understanding to work with directly and is making sure her staff is fully trained on “the Handels way”.

I will 100% be back to Handels for their incredible ice cream, variety of flavors, and friendly staff.”

“They are always on point. I had an energy plam beach drink was excellent choice. The nursing facility staff gets drinks for the staff. The service is always fast and the employees are punctual and polite on big orders.”
