I live down the street and shop at this Smith's regularly. I had noticed the truck but usually had plans for food, based on my shopping. Thankfully I just needed gas the other day and it afforded me a good chance to try Mr C's and they are incredible! I had a taco al pastor and birria taco and both were really fantastic.
