Everything was seriously SO tasty - chai, snapper, chicken, greens, plantains, even down to the rice and beans - the flavors were incredible. Every bite we took we said "wow, THAT is good." It's truly a fusion restaurant, and they did it perfectly. We knew this place had great reviews, and if I could give 10/5 stars, I would. Would have really loved to try dessert, but we'll save that for next time because we will definitely be back.“

“We went here because of the great reviews but had a little different experience. The four of us ordered cannelloni, Tuscan chicken pasta, a mushroom pizza, and chicken mushroom ravioli with pesto sauce. Everything was served at the same time, and it was all hot except the ravioli, which was barely warm. The cannelloni (two on the plate) were not pasta in any traditional sense, more like a crepe wrapped around the filling. The food was pretty good, not great, and overpriced in our opinions for the size of the portions, which were adequate but not generous, except for the pizza. It was of a good size. We asked for water and received Costco bottled water at $1.75 each. Our server did as well as she could, but she was the only person running the restaurant, including cooking. We left a decent tip because she earned it, but we will not go back.Edited after reading the owner's two responses (the first, apparently written in haste and anger, was appropriately deleted, but I have a screenshot) --In hindsight I raised the food and general ratings to four stars. “Whenever I travel I search for tacos. I was in SLC for a conference a few weeks back and when I saw a taco cart nearby I knew I had to try it. Well my search was over. I ate there all three days I was in town. Silvia and Maria Estela are amazing, lovely people, who cook everything fresh every day with love. I had carne, pastor, and lengua tacos, all phenomenal. I also had carne burrito and it's a perfect burrito, proper proportions and all the goodies spread evenly...and fried cheese! Also, highly recommend their fresh homemade salsas - esp the habanero! We have a monthly meeting where the business fits the bill for lunch for all employees and this taco truck is one that all my employees specifically request come back. Eddie who is the owner is awesome to deal with, shows up on time, food is absolutely killer delicious and reasonably priced and he pulls up right out back to our bay door and cooks right from there. “I would have never thought sushi from a food truck would be good, but they had amazing food! We got the small tray, and it was more than enough for myself and my mom. The owner was super friendly, and they serve different flavored juices/water every day (we got the strawberry). The 3 cheese roll was my favorite, but the other rolls were up there. Great for large groups with 6-12 roll platters, and the price is fair for the portions ($50 for 3-4 servings). They also stay in the same spot for most of the week , so you don't have to travel to pick up!Vegetarian options: Natural and vegan options“

I wish the carne asada was seasoned a bit more but we live in Utah so it’s whatever. “We planned to go here for my daughters birthday but of course when you make a plan with kids it never goes accordingly! My daughter ended up sick in stirs before we even got to eat our cereal and what felt completely chaotic and overwhelming as a mother was turned around quickly by who I assume was the manager Kim I believe was her name! She was outstanding making sure my daughter felt special even though she wasn't feeling well! She got us set up with a gift certificate to return and a sample cereal to try and some fun birthday beads! She made an extra special effort and I really really appreciated that!!!! Their variety can satisfy the pickiest family, from tacos, burritos, bowls, nachos, sandwiches, sopes, and even hot dogs guys. Go give them a try.
