All the tables were dirty, many were sticky. The chunky salsa was acidic, like it was going bad - threw it away. There was a hair in the green salsa. They had clear bags of chips being stored in the dining room. And worst of all we were overcharged. Two burrito meals were $42. We had a difficult time communicating and so ended up just paying the bill. Floor had crushed chips in it and when the workers passed through the dining room no one bothered to clean or wipe any table.
One of the better Moe's in the area, but some of the staff are still lacking, and they always seem to close for weather or stop stocking the food so they can close early almost every night. The line workers are not motivated to grow the business or serve the customers, and management is not doing enough to remedy this. It should not be hard to just do your job and not try to get out of it.

The good: The food is always excellent quality. They’re not shy about the chips (other locations give you like five chips), staff are always friendly and helpful.The bad: My only complaint is very small. They advertise that they close at 10pm. However, on multiple occasions I have tried to grab some food between 9:30-9:45 and the doors are locked and they will signal that they are closed.
