Restaurant was clean, quiet, and cozy.Excellent customer service. (I came in and was seated immediately, given a menu, and just long enough to decide.)Food arrived in a timely fashion. I use to go to Pho Hai duong down the street but ever since the owner opened the Vienna location his attention went there and the pho does not taste the same anymore. This is my new spot! I recommend it.

We were seated quickly, it was pretty quiet for a Saturday night. Pho was hot, and tasted good. Their summer rolls were kind of gummy and the peanut sauce was more soy-tasting than Im used to. Overall, Id say the food was good. Service was ok, we had to ask for more water and they didnt seem super interested in helping.
