What a nice Panera location. Was in the area and happened to stop in. The store looks really new, clean and spacious. A staff member warmly greeted me as I entered the store even though I was at a kiosk (which was closer to me) and it just felt welcoming. The cup for my drink was made available in a reasonable amount of time, within five minutes. It could have been maybe a minute or two faster as there weren't that many orders (two other orders on the screen) but I didn't mind....read full review
Highly doubt I’ll be frequenting this location anymore. While it hasn’t been open that long my last couple of orders have been a miss. Cheddar and broccoli soup was extremely loose, like water. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta, and received sausage, took it back and told them I ordered bacon (this was a pick up order, the receipt even said bacon). I received what was SUPPOSED to be the corrected order; I get back bacon WITH the sausage still on it. ?

Decided to try this new Panera in Ballston for lunch - staff were friendly and welcoming when I walked in, directing me to the counter for my mobile takeout order. Food was perfect, everything in my order was there and tasted great! Just for awareness, this location does seem to be more catered for to-go orders (not much seating inside)
